Beds were fine, room and the hotel in general didn't seem like they received regular cleaning outside (maybe) changing out the sheets and towels. The bathroom vent was clogged with dust, so even regular maintenance seems to be a lower priority... But you know, no bedbugs so can't complain.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel Suite, and I have to say, the hospitality here is truly outstanding. From the moment I called to make a reservation, Cara went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Not only did she book my room with ease, but when I mentioned that I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste, she assured me that I didn’t need to worry about making a trip to Walmart—she would take care of it.

Sure enough, when I arrived, she had prepared a small bag with everything I might need: a toothbrush, toothpaste, a razor, shaving foam, a comb, and even deodorant. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel like I was visiting family rather than checking into a hotel. Cara’s kindness and attention to detail made a huge impression on me, and it’s something I won’t forget.

In the morning, I noticed another staff member at the front desk helping a guest who had a language barrier. She was patient and did everything she could to understand and assist them. This level of customer service is rare and truly commendable.

The breakfast here is a full, hearty meal—just like you’d make at home. Unlike some places where you eat and feel hungry soon after, this meal kept me full for the entire day. Maybe it’s just me, but the food here just feels different—fresh, satisfying, and made with care.

Beyond the hotel itself, the entire atmosphere of this location is something special. Waking up in the morning, stepping outside to enjoy breakfast on the porch with birds chirping—it’s a peaceful, refreshing experience. I travel a lot, staying at hotels in different states, and I can confidently say that this has been my best experience by far. The hospitality here isn’t just great—it’s exceptional.

Next time I’m in the area, I won’t even think twice—I’ll be booking a room at this Fairfield again. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests and makes you feel at home, this is it. Thank you, Cara, and the entire team, for making my stay unforgettable!

Booked a week in advance. Checked in at 5:00. Upgrades weren't available because they were "sold out." Back from dinner at 10:00, I checked the website and there were suites available. I asked the front desk about being "sold out" and he said that meant the rooms weren't available for upgrade, only for purchase. Just tell me you don't do upgrades. I've stayed here several times before, never an upgrade. Titanium, BTW, but upgrades should be available for all elites.||Also, no internet on the TV. Called about it and got the response of, "Yeah, we've been having an issue with our TVs." I recommend some of the cheaper Marriotts nearby.||BTW, I tried to leave this review on the Bonvoy app, but it would only let me read reviews, not leave one. I can understand why.

I'm a frequent Marriott traveller with titanium status. I booked a king suite and the guy who checked me in gave me an accessible room without informing me of this. He rushed the check in. Didn't do the talk about breakfast and connecting to wifi. Didn't acknowledge my status. None of the normal front desk procedures. It was really crowded in the lobby the next morning. If the hotel was sold out, I feel it's the front desk duty to inform the guest what kind of room they are assigning. The front desk guy needs retraining. I'm not going back to this location.

The hotel was clean and generally a good value.
I was disappointed the exterior doors were not lockable to keep out non-guests.
Staff was ok, but a major lack of English made communication challenging.
