The chain’s name of ā€˜Quality Inn’ certainly didn’t get its inspiration from this location. I think they missed the word ā€˜horrible’ in front of it. This was a pit-stop, here for less than 10 hours, and if I had to stay here an hour more I would’ve checked right back out and got a different hotel. The building is old and falling apart. We were told after being handed a room key to the second floor that there’s no elevator. After 12 hours of driving, we had the pleasure of carrying 5 heavy luggage bags up a flight of stairs. One we got to our room, the well-used old-style credit card swipe key didn’t work, and we had to go back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. The room was terrible. Harsh blue-tinted LED lights everywhere. Furniture must’ve been inherited from a 90’s best western and well worn. The floor tile in the bathroom was loose and gritty. Digital clock was probably 20 years old and missing a few numbers. The ā€˜black out’ curtains were disgustingly filthy. Warm water in the shower ran cold after just 5 minutes. Given all of this, we didn’t even bother with whatever breakfast they were attempting to serve. My advice: spend an extra $20-$30 and get a room at the Holiday Inn just next door.

This isn't a real quality inn. The breakfast is stale looking garbage, no receipt under the door, rooms and building itself are sub-par, toilet paper is essentially sandpaper.

They cheap out on everything. From the sandpaper toilet paper to them only giving one bar of soap and no conditioner.

The room was obviously not cleaned very well. Soda rings on the nightstand, the sink counter has goo on it, dirt on the floor, and loose floor tiles. Walking on the floors makes you think you might fall through - they are not flat at all. No one at front desk to check out.

Stay somewhere else. Like, Nebraska.

It used to be a good place to stay. Not anymore, the new franchise owner is putting off repairs, house keeping failed to clean a clogged toilet in the first room they tried to put us in. The next room was a bust because the air conditioner didn't work. So, we ended up moving our things into a third room. Couldn't turn on the bathroom vent because it squealed loudly. Not about to move again, so didn't use the vent. The breakfast choices have been reduced to nearly morning. We will not be staying at this location again.

Positive: The location is awesome and the property has potential Negative: Well they took my 50 cash deposit, there were roaches near the breakfast area and the front desk clerk was extremely rude during checkout. The towels have yellowish stains but since it's an rhather inexpensive hotel I shouldn't have expected more.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 days while visiting a friend. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room, and how well the hotel was put together.

My only complaint is the breakfast selection in the morning. I felt that they could’ve had better options. They had cereal, toast, English muffins, bagels, etc.

They also had eggs and sausage. I guess where my complaint is; the eggs they served were just small egg patties. I’ve seen those before served in restaurants like Burger King.

Despite that, I enjoyed my stay.
