This used to be an old Howard Johnson. It's at the North end of Lincoln Blvd past the OK State capital complex. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated and all either have a balcony or patio.
The interior has a funky layout that with the right vision could really up play that swanky 50/60's vibe. Had an outdoor pool that if rehabbed could really add a refreshing and inviting area for visitors to hang out, enjoy the weather of Oklahoma. Had great bones and just needs that little more to reclaim the hipness it had when first built.
Located next to a recently renovated night club, non profit coffee house, a quaint gas station for any items needed.

The staff are okay kinda rude, the rooms looked fine for the night until I started to find dead roaches everywhere!!! And a few rooms mine included had the peep hole DRILLED all the way out!! You could look right into the rooms!!! Very weird and nasty! They left used bandages in the shower Don’t bring your loved ones to this horrible place!!! Don’t eat the breakfast…. They have roaches🙁🤮🤮🤢

The room had cigarette ashes and butts put out everywhere, beds weren't washed or made, went and told them and they gave us the room next to it and didn't even get the lights turned on because it smelt like straight pee. Wouldn't give us our money back but we could not stay there it was disgusting

Um I'm going to say terrible hotel. Lol. Should at least be at $5 or $10 stay a night. I think roaches have just settled there because it was a family of them every where I looked in my room. Lamp didn't work, one was completely broken, didn't have wash towels, my toilet leaked, roaches on the floor to get to my room, I understand smoking rooms but if people are just walking the halls smoking any and everything it's a problem, my balcony door was broke, I didnt want to shower with the roaches, I checked out of it. It was so terrible. You would be safer on the streets than in that hotel. Does the State not care or something? And over $40? Really? I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all under any circumstances. Just saying.

This place needs to be shut down. I’m sorry but no motel should have such unsanitary conditions like this place. Roaches in the bathtub and all around the room, the reek of smoke in the hallway and even in the supposed non-smoking rooms, also a seedy crowd in and around the motel. I didn’t feel safe at all being there, there was definitely more than cigarette being smoked there too.

DO NOT BOOK!! This place is disgusting and it’s non refundable!!!! It’s dirty the moment you walk in there’s what appears to be poop all over the tiles. The carpets are so stained. There’s roaches there was a little one on the wall. There was hair all over the tub. The towels are dirty. The room smelled like piss. And when I showed the front desk all the photos and told her my complaints she said she could get me a different room but all the rooms are the same and it’s not refundable!! I sure did not stay just took the loss and went else where

Terrible hotel. There was a huge hole in the ceiling above bathtub, the remains of cigarettes in the sink (in a non-smoking room), the smoke detector was wrapped in a bag and was hanging from the ceiling, the door to the balcony did not close (whoever wants to come in). For three people they provided only two towels, and there were no hand towels at all. They told me to wait until the next day, when they would do laundry and give it to me. Terrible stench in the room and the entire hotel. Homeless people were just sitting with their belongings in the hallway on the steps. We had to look for another hotel.

DO NOT BOOK !! Trust me now. Roaches everywhere!!! Booked at 8pm walked in room by 8:03 and seen at least 15 roaches. No toilet seat. Go ask for refund bc I’m not paying 80$ for that. They said all the can do is move me to another room. I just left hoping to talk to management and get money back bc this was horrible.
