What an awesome gem hidden in the depths of Durant. This restaurant could easily use the title "Authentic Mexican Food" and no one could dispute it. It takes an honest level of authenticity to do so and they really own it. I was blown away with the Lengua tacos. I will say that my supreme burrito, although it was big and tasty, had just a tad more beans and rice ratio to the pastor's meat. No big deal, the reasonable prices justified the ratio difference I guess. I would prefer to pay 1.5 or 2 dollars more but have a bit more meat ratio difference from the rice and beans
The salsas were amazing especially the green salsa.

The bathrooms were acceptably clean. The walkway feels dark and being the only bathroom Unisex makes it a challenge for the female customers because Male customers pee all over the toilet seat.
The dining room ceiling needs some attention. The entire decoration around the walls, the tables, the floors look great but the ceilings are killing the atmosphere.

The service was great. There is no waitress service; which is fine. There was a guy going around cleaning tables and removing empty plates, that was good.

Omg the worst food of my life! First of all 27 minutes for one menudo. I ordered it thinking it’s something fast. I mean it’s already cooked. Specifically said no pata extra hominy. 27 minutes later, I get it to my table into my surprise two patas and zero hominy. Once I returned the plate to the counter, it took an additional 12 minutes to get another menu though in a to go container because now we’re carpooling and now we gotta go. Needless to say worst experience ever. Also zero flavor! If this is what Durant calls Mexican food then I don’t nothing to do with it.

This place is my all time favorite place to eat in Durant. I love to get the birria tacos and the tortas!! Everything always has so much flavor and I always leave super satisfied. The main reason I love to go is because their hot sauce is amazing. If they sold it by the gallon I would purchase it. The red hot sauce is my favorite. If you're looking for a good spot to eat, this is the place to go!!

This was our second time here. My husband enjoyed the menudo and the lengua tacos with corn tortillas. I had the barbaco tacos with corn tortillas. They have a nice salsa bar with roasted peppers, limes and chicharrones. The food came out quickly on both visits. The restaurant is clean with comfortable seating. The food is very flavorful. It's a nice place!

The food here is ALWAYS good! I got the supreme burrito with steak and it was delicious. You should definitely try this place out if you want something good to eat.

Definitely worth the price. The yummy smell hits you as soon as you walk in. The burrito grande was soooo good. The queso was smoothy and just a small bite of heat. The chicken enchiladas were beautifully rolled. And the rice and beans.......perfect. can not wait to return.

The food is good but I can’t give this place my business anymore. My order is always incorrect even though I always order the same thing, the women that work here are extremely rude when asked to remake an incorrect order, and just have a bad attitude in general.
