First room they put us in was so cold we were shivering and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The AC was falling off the wall. Room hadn’t been cleaned properly a lid from water bottle was still on the floor and the bathroom was not clean. Don’t bother to call the front desk if Morgan is working she is completely unconcerned with anything other than keeping her seat in the lobby warm. Second room was better but it was not clean. Hair from the previous occupants were left in the floor. I called the corporate number and spoke to someone and no follow up was ever received. At check out Wendy was more than apologetic and assured me my complaints had been received and that a manager would be there soon. From the time of the conversation I assumed I would get a call. It is now over 8 hours later and I have yet to hear from anyone. It’s a shame to receive this terrible level of customer service at a Hilton. Premium prices for Motel 6 level of service. The location is nice but sleep in your car in the parking lot and do yourself a favor.

After working 12 plus hour days all you want to do is come back and take a hot shower. This will not happen here. I ran the water for an hour. Waiting for it to warm up. It never gets warm. You will come out of the shower shivering after taking a cold shower. 3 days in a row so it wasn't just a one-time thing.
Second I had to try to extend my room by one extra night cuz they asked me who worked one more shift so reservation from 4 days to 5. If you can call the hotel a thousand times and never get the front desk you will be transferred to some offshore customer service agent. You can't help you. Or doesn't understand the simple task of extending a room one night. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to extend all my reservations. I only had one reservation, not multiple.
The one thing I can say is the rooms were cleaned, and the staff was very nice including the bartender and the front desk. At almost $200 a night. This has been the absolutely worst hotel stay I've had this year. I have spent 180 days or more in different hotels this year alone. Including a $49 super 8 which I had a better shower and experience at. Choose your hotel wisely

Dorchester Pool

Not a bad stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. As mentioned previously the bathtub was…well used. Breakfast is bad, I wouldn’t count on it. Tiffany was wonderful, but the food was behind the counter where a very sleepy, and clearly uninterested, employee served it for you. The potatoes were at least a day old and the bacon tasteless. We haven’t yet figured out how they screwed up bacon so bad. Bottom line, nice place to lay your head, but don’t eat.

What a great hotel in a quiet location. This hotel exceeded all expectations for our one night stay. It is very close to restaurants and shopping, but also has a restaurant of it's own. Everything was clean and well maintained. The WiFi worked great plus the room was modern and well equipped for charging outlets.

Columbus has a great downtown which is a short drive from the hotel. The hotel is near a residential area and was very quiet which made for a good stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time that we are in the area.

The hotel and grounds are nice. Indoor pool. Nice selection of snacks, drinks. Ample parking. In a semi secluded location near a lot of non-tourist things like restaurants and casual shopping (Target, Walmart, etc). Room was average for a Garden Inn, spacious and mostly clean. It wasn't "white glove" but clean by most anyone's standard. The beds were comfortable. My TV did have a bold line running vertically through the screen (I didn't report it). Plumbing fixtures were loose but didn't leak. Water pressure was AMAZING! Like other reviews ... MANY others, the tub was chipped and rusting.
Did they buy them all second-hand?!? The downside for me was the service. They messed up my reservation more ways than I thought possible. Every day I had to go downstairs to get an issue sorted. "Two rooms, one person each for three nights" ... how that got messed up so many times escapes me. But by the third day leading to the third night, we finally got it fixed. When you're dealing with the passing of a parent, dealing with this nonsense wasn't what I wanted to be dealing with. Will I stay there again? I really don't know ... 50/50.

Based on the repeat of these issues for many years, you can rely on user reviews and assume management does nothing to address these issues. Otherwise, they wouldn't keep popping up. In short, expect a decent but not perfect location and room complimented by poor service and staff.

Staff was incredible! Very friendly and personable. Remembered us every day. We had a huge school group. Accommodated us in every way. Ms Wanda is a rockstar❤️

Modern Art

The location is nice. The room was clean overall, but the toilet and shower had issues.
The breakfast buffet (which we paid in advance for) was the worst buffet at a Hilton we've ever had. They ran out of food every morning and the area was not kept clean. They also ran out of coffee and silverware.
A family we observed with kids were so disappointed when told by hotel staff that they had run out of pancake mix, waffles, French toast, and muffins! What?
With such a beautiful lobby and setting, the breakfast was such a let-down. It would be better if they simply copied the Holiday Inn Express model and had an actual help-yourself buffet, instead of their inefficient way.

Nice quite stay, this was a hidden gem, nice room. Breakfast cooked to order, Wanda was great such a blessing and excellent communication. Very clean hotel with great people. Anything you need just ask. Wanda you was amazing see you on our next visit.
