Rooms - rough with only electric burners. Spacious but not utilized. I've been here for a month, and my room has yet to be cleaned. I purchased some of my own items just to clean. They don't check for bedding needing changed, clean towels, not even toilet paper (asked for housekeeping to visit twice, with no visit. Not even knock on the door). I've had to change bed linens myself, have to take my dirty towels to them, and I have to go retrieve one roll of toilet paper when needed.
Service- I do one star due to the one employee out of 7 or 8 that's actually there to assist and makes you feel welcome. Others don't even smile at you.
Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants.
Has roaches. None of the employees are on the same page or have any communication. One employee tells you one thing and another something different.

Well I left a good review at first cause I was getting a deal till I left . I was told I would be receiving my money back one lady that works there told me I would be receiving money back minus taxes so I left today with lizz the manager telling me no refunds so I packed all my belongings cause I got laid off to go back home early and was stiffed on 3 days place has roaches also found this out 3 days ago I wouldn't. Tell my worst enemy to go there and I hope this helps someone else cause that isn't right. . Plus there's. Dog crap everywhere u can't get out of your vehicle without seeing it or stepping in it and asking for toilet paper the housekeeping. We asked for 3 times not once did they clean our room . There's trash always fool they aren't very responsible there employees just poor and negative and they also said I'd get comt a night that was a lie

For the price we paid to stay per month for the 2 months we was there it wasn't worth it at all! Constant drug heads with obvious government assistance smoking weed everywhere around and in there rooms... have kids and the smell made them sick. Complained multiple times to manager and staff but they didn't do anything. Also have crazy people living there I had the cops called on us because our toddler cried too much. It was a nightmare I do not recommend.

I’ve been here for almost half a year and have not really had much issues with hotel staff or the hotel itself. I’ve had some minor issues with people next to my room other than that had a great experience. My favorite staff member is Wendy. She’s very friendly great conversationist can help with multiple problems hard worker And all around the kind person.

SCAM Total Scam!
at least this location in Beavercreek, Ohio.
I had a family emergency asked to cancel my reservation and they charged me the entire reservation after I checked out and left.
Now I need to beg to get my refund.
I would not recommend Birch Hill Suites Extended Stay Beavercreek to anyone, I will never attempt to stay here again.

It has been over a month since I requested a refund, and I have not heard or received anything yet.
I would not do business with these people.

I been here a month and saved over 1000 easy because of the general manager was on it and very kind polite and understanding I am telling the world you can't beat the price especially with a kitchen

Don't go there people smoke weed in there room and u can smell it all the time and someone that stay across of us called the cops for Damm reason over my 3 year old crying. He a toddler kids cry.
