We waited 1hr because someone was going to make our beds and nothing. 2nd day housekeeping service and hotel elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. No AC

Positive: The staff could not have been any more friendly or helpful. I was there for 3 nights and 4 days and everyone was awesome. Negative: The breakfast was pitiful! There wasn't any juice or milk or cereal. There was yogurt, plain toast with jelly and coffee. No muffins, granola bars, waffles, bagels - to say it was limited would be too generous.
