We hired Chef Alec as a private chef for our small group of 10 to celebrate a birthday, and it was an exceptional experience! Prior to the event Alec was very communicative and clear, had ideas and was open to any suggestions from us. The day of he and Trish arrived on time and had a very nice setup. They served a 3-course meal and everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. We had a seafood allergy in the group and Chef Alec was able to modify the one dish and was very mindful of cross contamination. Trish was a delight and the two of them really took care of every detail and left without a trace. It was so nice to end our weekend away with this very special experience. I can’t wait to book my next event with On the Spot Catering.

We hired Alec for our son’s graduation party specifically for tacos, they were outstanding. All of our family and friends really enjoyed them. Alec and his team went above and beyond our catering needs. I will definitely be hiring them again and referring them to all my family and friends. Al pastor and carne asada were fresh, clean and excellent quality. Ask for the fried cheese burritos! Thank You Alec and Trish ♥️

OTS Catering catered the Late Night tacos for our wedding at Botanica. My guests RAVED about the tacos and told me how delicious they were. Alec and his team was amazing to work with. He was very responsive to all my questions, and made booking super easy. He was very professional and made sure to come early to the venue for set-up (the entire spread was beautiful). Did I mention the tacos & quesadillas were SOO DELICIOUS! He was so kind enough to pack up all the leftovers for us in neat trays at the end of the night, which we had ALOT of leftover (I didn't realize how generous his portions were - my guests were full and happy). HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'll be sure to book with Alec and OTS catering the next time we host another event. Thank you for making our big day special!

I have had the honor of attending 3 different events where OTSC has been the catered food. I had a private intimate Valentines dinner were he. Cooked two different meals so each couple could share. Alec Ayala cooked the food right in front of us. It was an amazing way to spend the evening and not hassle with crowded restaurants or a ginormous bill at the end. The second was a private birthday party where he cooked fajitas beef snd chicken both with home made rice and beans and a Cajun shrimp pasts that both were to die for. Service was amazing and the staff catered to what ever we needed, even vegetarian guests. The most recent was a graduation party where again we were served a phenomenal dinner that was thick, juicy tender pork chop with mashed potatoes and baby whole carrots, just amazing! His prices are fare and he’s happy to accommodate if able your requests. You can tell watching him prepare your meals, how thoroughly he enjoys what he’s doing! You absolutely cannot go wrong in having him cater any event you need, I give OTSC hands down a 10 +++++ rating!!!!! See photos below

Alec and his amazing team catered my daughters sweet sixteen. I can’t say enough good things. They showed up early to prep, and when my decorations started flying around because of the wind they helped me organize and pick everything up. The food was amazing!! They were also so good with our Littles who were very interested in all the food! Everyone at the party loved the food and we had so many compliments. Highly recommend!!

Chef Alec and his team are absolutely phenomenal!! I could not recommend them more. They helped us have the most memorable weekend with the amazing food they cooked us. we hired them for both a private chef dinner and multiple catering events throughout the weekend. Every single time they showed up and exceeded our expectations! They are super communicative, well organized, punctual, and most important - go above and beyond what you’d expect. Me and my whole family will be using OTS for any and every future event!
