This is by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever found. Rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything you need without having to ask. The staff is also exceptional. My room was ready when I arrived, check in was quick and easy and all the staff interact with guests to make sure they are happy with their services. This is definitely a top rated hotel I will recommend to others and will stay at again. No complaints whatsoever! 5 stars!!

If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet property with clean rooms at a reasonable price this is your place. Lovely breakfast buffet with both hot and cold offerings. Waffle maker was a big hit lol. Great little kitchenette and if my stay were longer I would have hit up the grocery store. Although the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant there is a Panini’s in the adjacent parking lot. McDonald’s is a 1/2 block away and there are plenty of other options. Location easy access to the highway too. Staff were pleasant and all common areas were clean and well kept. Will stay there again when I’m in the area.

I just had a really terrible experience here. I booked and paid for a a 1 king bed 1 bedroom suite through Hotwire. I wanted this room because the desk / living room area is separate from the bedroom, so I could work early in the morning without disturbing my companion. When I arrived they put me in a standard queen room despite the fact that I had paid for the more expensive king suite room. They said that even though I paid the more expensive rate, since it was booked through a third party website "the room type wasn't guaranteed." This has literally never happened to me with any other hotel anywhere in the world so I was shocked.

I asked if I could be refunded the difference between the two rooms and they told me I needed to contact hotwire for any recourse. I contacted hotwire, and they were great and apologetic and said they would reach out to the hotel directly. When they did, the hotel said they would not offer any sort of refund or room rate adjustment despite the fact that they had downgraded me.

It's honestly insane. I've never had an experience like this anywhere. I will never stay here again, and I'm appreciative that hotwire at least made a small gesture and gave me a coupon toward a future booking, because the hotel did nothing despite not giving me the room I paid for. And the woman who worked on the evening of April 4 when we checked in was extremely rude and unhelpful and truly seemed not to care at all about the situation we were put in.

The one bright spot was the woman who worked late in the evening on April 5. She was so lovely and kind and helpful. I wish others at the hotel were more like her.

Beware of booking here. You may not get the room you pay for and the hotel will do nothing to help. Stay in one of the many other options in the area

Here on business which most people are who stay here. Really the in suite kitchenette and comfortable bed and couch to hangout. Monday to Wednesday they have a social with beer wine which is typical Staybridge. Food offerings were minimal, but appreciated. Breakfast was okay, but again a bit ordinary if you are extended stay as I was. Staff was helpful and welcoming. I got some food from Walmart and was able to eat a bit better on my own. There are a few nice restaurants nearby, but not a wide selection.

I loved everything about my stay. The breakfast was delicious. I just couldn't get enough. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't really want to get out of it. All of the hotel was nice and clean, and smelled good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay in a 2-room-ensuite suite with kitchenette and living room.

The staff was very attentive and sought to please and remedy at nearly every chance.

The property pool was a delight -- well maintained, very clean, and still functioning in December in North Eastern Ohio. My grandchildren had a wonderful time.

There were a couple of quirks, too.

• The outdoor card reader/lock to gain access, seemed to forget my card before my return most nights.

A clerk did mention that they have more trouble in the cold weather with the outside door locks (it was around 20F for overnight lows).

My card had to be reprogrammed 4-5 times during my 3 night stay.

• On the night before my checkout morning, I inquired as to late-checkout availability, as it is a listed member perk.

I was frustrated with the clerk's wishy-washy response and inability to grant the late checkout, *even on the night before checkout*.

He suggested I try the next morning when there would be more insight into availability. I pointed out that the next morning -- I would ACTUALLY BE checking out. Still, no luck.

Late checkout, seems a pointless perk, if a member CANNOT establish late-checkout until the morning of the actual checkout.

• There was a hazardous spot in one of the stairwells -- the end-cap of the door opening bar was MISSING, exposing rather SHARP metal pieces, right at small child level height.

The staff was quick to take my photographs of the issue and contact maintenance. (I checked out immediately after reporting the hazard, and so did not get to observe the timeliness of any response.)

My wife and I were very pleased with our recent stay at this Staybridge hotel. We normally stay at the Holiday Inn Express but stayed here as part of a block of rooms that were reserved for our cousins wedding. The amenities were excellent and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone in our group liked the kitchenette, nice size rooms, fine breakfast buffet and friendly people. Thanks again and we will be back son.

I booked a two bedroom room, on March 22nd, 2025, for 4 nights for April 12th through the 16th. I drove from South Carolina 11 hours. I show up, and my room is full of ants. All over the kitchen, and all over the floors. Not 10 or 20 ants. Hundreds. I tell the front desk and they tell me there are no other rooms available. I can’t have a kids and an infant baby in a room full of ants. Turns out the entire area is booked full, I had to drive 45 minutes and spend a ton more to just get a place to stay. Wrecked my trip. Do not stay here, the place is clearly not clean and doesn’t care about their guests who book them weeks in advance for out of state trips. I will never book a stay bridge anywhere. Ridiculous.
