I received a phone call Oct 29th regarding a inquiry about a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. I RECEIVED a phone call to schedule a viewing at 5:30. I didn't schedule this online, someone called me and scheduled, I drove 40 mins, once I arrived, I was VERY excited to view the property, only to get inside the lobby and no one is here. I CONFIRMED my appointment @3:21. I arrived at 5:15, walked inside about 5:20 and everyone is gone for the day. So now, I have to drive 40 mins home without viewing or applying for the apartment. Why schedule me knowing Noone would be here. HUGE inconvenience

What a wonderful place to stay. This place has everything you could possibly need or want. The rooms are excellent! The screen suites make a nice place to kick back and relax while enjoying your favorite games or movies. The restaurant located on site, Alexander Pierce, is second to none. Most amazing dinner I've ever had. Thank you to the whole staff at 797! Well done!

I stayed here for nearly a year while traveling for work. The building gave me everything I needed a kitchen, a gym, laundry room and quiet. It is an odd building but the units were decorated very modern. The staff was pleasant and helpful for my needs. It is one of the quietest buildings I have ever stayed in. It is not located in the best area and I had to come and go at all hours but must say the parking lot was well lit and I never felt unsafe. I don't feel this is a luxury apartment but I do feel it was very nice and a great place for a longer term stay. I would gladly stay here again when traveling through the area.

I can't say enough great things about 797 Residences and I truly enjoyed staying here. Breanna and Shelley in the office are great and maintenance is quick to rectify any issues. They do a great job of keeping it clean ans recently made some updates. Plus it's secure and quiet! And the beds are super comfy! I was recently promoted and that promotion allowed me to work remotely. Because of that, I needed additional space to accommodate my remote work. That is the ONLY reason I moved. Whether you're staying for a few nights or several months, you won't regret it. It's truly all-inclusive.

The location of the room (close to the elevator) and the building (a few miles from Cuyahoga Valley National Park) made the trip very easy. The gym and breakfast room are two surprises, more than I expected. The room is clean and the amenities are convenient for my three nights stay. The host is very responsive. Thanks Nick to give me five star experience. Will definitely consider to stay here again next time.

Very poor communication skills. Went to the apartment building on E. Market St twice for a tour and each time no one was there to open the door, let alone give us a tour after we made an appointment to come at that specific time. Also didn’t understand why there wasn’t a direct telephone number for that building, the lady that I talked to on the phone (Stephanie I believe) said she’s not at that location and wasn’t able to give me a number for the E. Market location or the name of the person in charge of doing tours.

The rooms here are absolutely gorgeous! Very modern and pretty. The staff have been super helpful and nice, greeting me every time I come and go. One of the men even gave me a 5 dollar chip for the restaurant downstairs! I will definitely be staying here again. A wonderful hidden spot in Akron.😊

If you are looking at the reviews and wondering if you should stay here,wonder no more. This place is awesome. The amount of amenities they have are ridiculous. The staff are very nice and whenever I had any issues they were usually solved within an hour or the same day. Once you move in here,you won't want to leave. This is a place you'll want to renew your lease again and again. My advice would be to grab a room before they're all taken, seriously!
