Was doing a job in the area. Hampton Inn is a great place to stay. The room was clean and nice. They served breakfast in the morning, which was great because it made it convenient to get to the job on time. Food was great also. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location and rooms were clean but the staff was not very friendly. My mom and I had a flight in the evening and needed to stay at least for a couple hours after checkout but the day time front desk concierge only gave us an hour. We were quiet and clean the entire time and once the time was approaching they began to hover and make us uncomfortable. We ended up leaving before our hour was up. No microwaves in the room and the breakfast was not pleasant. Oatmeal was cooked in a “cooking bag” but it looked like a spare plastic bag, poor selection for foods, and not clean. The woman setting breakfast had her hair down without a hair net. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns in the area before but nothing has compared to the Stow location.

Unfortunately I will have to give a bad rating!! Accommodating a large group is not an easy thing for them! I was booked for a King someone cancelled or changes was made and I was granted a double! I entered the room took a shower etc….went to sleep about 3:30 am someone was entering my room stating they just paid for the room! Went to front desk he states there was no record of me being in the room or having a reservation got my name and credit card and state I could be compensated for the trouble but it was out of his hands. He put the couple in another room! Yet my card was still charged! I don’t have a receipt I don’t have a confirmation number I didn’t even get as much as an apology!! Safety reason I’m no longer interested in staying here while in town

This was an overall good stay, very typical of what I expect at Hamptons. The bathroom could use some updating, but the room was clean and comfy. Looks like the room has been renovated in the last few years.

Positive: "" Negative: There were no microwaves, ovens, the rooms the bathroom sink vanity area was none. The bathroom sink area was very small.The breakfast was terrible. Went down at nine a clock on saturday morning, and there was hardly anything out except muffins.

Greeted upon checking in by a friendly and helpful Representative. He provided recommendations. Restaurant options.
The room was, however the walls are paper thin and one is able to hear any sort of conversation in the neighboring room and in the hallway.

Stayed in Stow and thought Hampton Inn would be perfect. We have stayed in Hampton Inns before. This felt more like a low end hotel. The sheets were dingy and yellow. There was hair on the sheets. Not even sure they were clean. Halls and elevator were filthy. I had to wait almost a half hour for hot water which is a first in a hotel. Desk didn't seem to care. This hotel is NOT being maintained. What a mess!
