We stopped by for lunch and got a mix of items. For appetizers we got the potato and cheese perogies and the 5 piece cevapi (entree and order as an app to split). The food smelled amazing coming out of the kitchen and tasted just as good! The cevapi was juicy and the bread was soft. It also came with plenty of the spreads so we used some with the perogies - which were also awesome. As an entree my fiancee got the pleskavica and I got the stew. The pleskavica was large and had plenty of flavor and a variety of spreads to add on. The stew was smokey, comforting, and had plenty of meat. It came with a large slice of warm soft bread and peppers on the side. We also got a variety of pastries to go for the week that we're excited to try. Overall, awesome place with friendly people and great food! We're already figuring out what to try out on our next visit.

Our experience with Avala Grill was outstanding. We didn't know they just opened for business about a week ago when we placed a pick up order. The menu is filled with many tasty dishes and we can't wait to try them all. My family and I all ordered the Chicken Paprikash. It was amazing and reminded me of my grandmother's style. The owners were so friendly and treated us like we were family, especially the conversation with my son. The restaurant is intimate and has the family vibe. We will definitely be going back to eat at the restaurant in the near future. Welcome to Tallmadge.

I’m so glad I decided to try Avala Grill for dinner! Their goulash was the perfect combination of tender beef and smokey paprika sauce. The burek is simply outstanding, flaky on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. I was incredibly satisfied with my meal and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size.

Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot!

I had the best experience at the Avala grill and will most definitely be back! My boyfriend and I decided to try something new and it was so worth it! We got the macaroni salad and ćevapi and the portions were very generous and the food enriched with so much flavor. For dessert we had an array of Serbian pastries. It was very clean and welcoming, would highly recommend. Our waitress was a sweetheart and delivered high quality service

Came here today for lunch and tried the pierogies and the borek. Both were freshly made in house and were delicious. The owners are also extremely friendly. I was so impressed, I returned for dinner and tried the chicken paperkosh, which was also fantastic. I highly recommend trying this place whenever you're in the Talmadge area.

Authentic little simple place! I tried the spinach feta Burek. It was light and fluffy. We brought home some pastries as well. They offered a free sample and it was good. The family who owns it is super sweet. I noticed the freedom trail is within walking distance, across the street, so I imagine I'll stop by again after a walk or bike ride.

Heard of the place when I was going through, and I'm being honest when I say this. The atmosphere made you feel right at home from the minute you walked in the place, We decided to order the buffalo chicken pierogis (which is only offered there) and that was the most delicious thing I had ordered in a long time and we dine out quite often. Overall a 10/10 experience and we will definitely return. The owners are nice and family-oriented, the food is impeccable and came out very fast and for this being there opening I believe you can only go up from there.
