I called TRYING to make a reservation and the front desk lady was BEYOND the RUDEST I have EVER dealt with and I am a world class traveler been to europe 5 times and all over the usa and world. REFUSED to let me talk to the owner, said she was the manager and hung up on me when I asked for a lower rate if calling directly. AVOID This rotten lady and the hotel.

More poop on the lawn then I've ever seen. Breakfast was nonexistent. Coffee and a few mini muffins. Really disappointing considering it advertised breakfast. Really disappointed with the cigarette smell. Had to ask for soap and bedding.

BEWARE THIS MOTEL! The younger lady with the glasses and shoulder length hair harassed us about our dog. She never said we couldn’t have her there when we did before with no issues. After the housekeeping checked the room and said if she was trained it was fine. After that our first room got up to 84 degrees with our 6 month old in there so we had to move rooms. We moved rooms and it happened again so we moved again and the room didn’t have sheets but we didn’t think anything of it. Come to the next morning they knock loudly on the door with our do not disturb sign. The guy says that the carpet isn’t shampooed and when my husband said we weren’t moving rooms again he assumed we were room hopping or something and got passive aggressive with him. After that he said he’d talk his boss about us not moving and the same rude lady called to switch us rooms regardless and make up a 370 dollar pet fee. We told her we were just gonna leave, got ready, and then went to collect our refund and she tried to keep 100 dollars of our cash payment. So moral of the story they hired a thief and their AC upstairs sucks

Save your money. Dirty, broken down cars in the parking lot...smoke doctor didn't even have a battery in it.

Hotel was clean and had all your basic amenities expected. Staff were so amazing! The location couldn’t be more perfect, walking distance to breakfast and dinner places, less than 5 mins driving to downtown or Walmart. 10/10 will stay here next time.

They were so accommodating, the rooms were clean, it was quite, smoking and non smoking rooms for about $65 a night. Super polite and helpful staff. They allow pets and have poo bags on site. Salt water pool is warm, clean, and open till 11pm with pool floats. 10/10. Walmart and aldi right down the street and Tulsa is a 25 minute drive. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.
