Had a bad experience there last night. The owner contacted me today about what happened. This lady cares about her people and how they are treated. She told me she will not tolerate that kind of behavior. She has agreed to make it right with me. She's definitely a sweetheart in my books. Looks like I will be eating more meatloaf from there. Her name is Catherine. And thank you again Catherine, you are a nice lady with great ethics. Kudos

Great portion sizes. Quick drive thru service. Very friendly employees. Chicken was buttery and delicious. Mac & cheese was very average. Enjoyed snacking on the fries potato wedges throughout the day. Moderately priced. I’ll be back!

I love Charlie’s chicken and it is usually amazing... but my visit a couple days turned out to be a horrible waste of $40. I ordered 3 jalapeño chicken dinners and 6 rolls. The chicken was a brownish gray on the inside and I could not even chew it! And, our rolls were black. I sent an email and sent pictures and have received no message nor call back to rectify this experience. Highly disappointed!!!!

I love coming to this charlie's chicken. I come about 2 or 3 times a month! I have always experienced helpful and friendly staff, especially tonight.Jasmine, helped me by suggesting something other than "the usual" and it was amazing! Will definitely be returning!

Charlie’s Chicken is a fantastic spot for some real country cooking, and the daily specials are always worth checking out. Their food is consistently delicious, and their sauce is a standout. Whether you’re craving fried chicken or their famous sides, you won’t be disappointed.

However, there is one noticeable downside—the staff often looks exhausted, and unfortunately, that low energy sometimes rubs off on the overall atmosphere. A more energized and friendly staff would definitely take the dining experience up a notch.

Despite that, the quality of the food keeps people coming back, making Charlie’s Chicken a great choice for anyone craving comfort food with a country twist.

Ben eating here for years and the service and food are never short of awesome and one of the only places left that when you eat here it still feels like a personal experience of a family owned atmosphere. Plus we can never finish the food on the plate cause unlike other restaurants the portion size hasn’t shrunk.

The food was Fresh and Very Good. The service was absolutely great, Gina, Shelly, Emily and Scott were very Friendly, helpful and professional. I will continue to eat there.
