Kraken Catering made the food for my brothers wedding yesterday and it was some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had! They were very accommodating for our vegan needs and made delicious vegan wedding soup and vegan jambalaya rice. For those who ate meat we had incredible shrimp and grits along with chicken kabobs. They had friendly service and were so flexible when we had to move the wedding inside. Definitely consider hiring them for your next event!

Amazing food!
There wasn't a single thing we tried that they prepared that we didn't love. Everything was outstanding. We had trouble deciding what we didn't want while planning for a brunch event in Fairhope.

And to make things even better, they are easy to work with and offer an array of customizable food & service options to create the event feel that you want.

Communication was easy and they were quick to respond to our questions, very thoughtful in asking questions and addressing concerns we hadn't thought of (for instance, "does anyone have any specific needs like vegetarian, vegan, or allergies?"; "do you have a person who will take the food leftover"; and whether assistance would be needed on there part at points along the way during the reception).
They show concern for the details that really matter!

From every aspect of the planning they were amazing and we felt they were helping us plan our event as if it were their own.

I ate a shrimp taco at their food truck right after a Mardis Grad parade. I must say that was one of the best shrimp taco I ever ate plus the service was great. It's a must try food truck.
