Every staff we passed by would offer a great smile and hello! Front desk, management, and the breakfast attendant were great conversations when they had a free moment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very hard to get out of the beds due to them being irresistibly comfortable. Only tip, to switch from tub to shower you have to pull the bottom of the tub sprout/faucet. Would definitely come back.

We were delighted to find the facility so clean! The room was very clean!! Best pillow I’ve ever found in a hotel! Thank you. I like a firm pillow and having a variety of pillows on the bed was great!

Appreciate how clean and white bed sheets and comforters are . Breakfast area is clean and good supplied with the usual holiday inn express style . Ladies ay the breakfast area and front desk are courteous and helpful.

Great amenities, has everything you need to offer, kitchen, cleaning and maintenance staff are super helpful and friendly.
Front desk workers not very accommodating for families with children.
Mostly for workers that work/ do business at industrial park. Families with children looked at as distractions.

Better than most. Nice layout. Clean. No hot tub. Nice pool. Easy check in. Nice coffee in the lobby in The evening.

The hotel was not a great check in process. It took a very long time without any regard to make it any less daunting. The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Breakfast was great in the morning as well. I would like to see more creamer selection however. I have to keep typing to get at least 50 characters to submit this review. Boo

I stay at this location every year for Rocklahoma. This year they told us when we checked out they would put us on the reservation list for 2025. They called me and made a reservation back in October. Today, a friend called and made a reservations for the same time and got their room for $100 less than my reservation. When I called to get the better rate they told me they would not do it and were going to change my friends reservation to the higher rate. I'm an amazed that this is how they are treating returning customers as well as rewards members. Some shady business practices going on.

Had a couple issues here, though they could both be attributed to the same problem. A lady (I believe her name was Sharon, though she seemed much more like a “Karen”) was rude and off-putting during breakfast (which could be explainable and is not the main reason for this review). Soon after, the same person (who I guess is a supervisor of some kind?) was SCREAMING at one of the employees and practically CHASED her to her car! Whatever happened COULDN’T have been worth putting someone through that! Whoever this Sharon is, she shouldn’t be in charge of other people’s jobs. Period.

Beds were nice.
