04/03/2025. Terrible service as I called while still in Tushka the next town over where there are other hotels. A gentleman at this hotel told me they had rooms available so I told him I would be there in 25 minutes. When I arrived to check in 25 minutes later the gentleman I spoke with over the phone and the lady at the desk said they have no clean rooms available! The lady at the front desk said she hasn’t had a break or lunch and it would take an hour to clean one. It’s 10pm about 11 hours since checkout time at 11Am and I had given them 25 minutes notice of my arrival. This place is not usually busy. There were only a few guest cars in the parking lot when I arrived so this place wasn’t exactly the happening spot to be. I’ve stayed before and the place isn’t great but also not bad it’s a place to rest. They lost my business and another family that arrived right after me tonight and it doesn’t look like it gets much business. I travel on business and try to support small towns and small businesses when I can. This is sad that people run a business down like that.

Great little place to stay! Tired & having car problems. Lady at the front desk at 10 pm was very nice & room was clean. Had a granddaughter that has dog & cat allergies & had no problem with our room. Would stay again!!! Thank y'all a bunch...from Texas!

I laid over here for the night, truck driver traveling,The lady at front desk Mrs. Margo was awesome,She was very professional ,the room was clean,I had a talk with her,she recently lost her husband this year,my prayers or with you,they were married for 36 years,she is a good reliable worker,Her boss definitely needs to appreciate her,Any body passing through for the night and need a room stop by for the night

Good and clean rooms. Housekeeping comes in to change towels every day but make bed every other day. She does laundry, that's a bonus. The price for a very good 243 night is 58 very economic. Diner next door. There's not much to look around. Management is very nice and helpful. Quiet, safe place. Next to the road, so might get some noise, but nothing bad.

Update was here for almost 3 weeks they clean every 3 or 4 days now. Price changed, no notice or anything, just went up like 100 dlls a week. Everything else the same, internet slow, cable comes and goes, but they try to help out when it does. Overall it's alright. Only reason it stays at a 4 rating because housekeeping does a good and washes laundry.

My car was broken down in the middle of Kiowa and the woman in charge was very courteous. Thankfully there was a room
available for us to stay in, and the woman at the front desk is always available!!!

Driving late. Out of service hours and really stressed about a place to park in a very dark, unknown area so difficult to spot places that would serve.
Ran into this place. The price was really good. Parking convenient. And room comfortable enough. Restaurant next door served a great breakfast. Overall very happy I found this place. The 3 star on the room is “average” but its value was 5 star to me. Meaning I was really happy.

You can not find More polite And More Kind Person than She Is.
