Pros: customer service friendly, shower pressure great Cons: pulled open sheets and there were toenail clippings and dirt in the bed. Toilet bowl was not cleaned from previous visitors. They do use a very firm mattress if that is what you like.

We stayed last weekend for an event and prolonged posting a review because I had to report the hotel to code enforcement.

THEY HAD A FIRE EXIT LOCKED WITH NO WAY TO OPEN IT IN AN EMERGENCY!

If they are violating that code, I don’t want to know what else they are also violating the safety codes on.

As for the room, there was nothing in the room but a tv that was stuck in firestick mode so couldn’t watch anything. You can tell things have been remodeled recently but it smelt strongly of mildew. No ironing board, iron, closet (or anything else for that matter to hang clothes in) or coffee pot. Basically your paying for a private hostel room, not a hotel room.

Not worth the risk to your life.

The hotel next door is $10 less a night, and was a whole lot busier then this one. That’s a huge clue I won’t ignore again.

They are currently working on updates so some construction supplies stacked very neatly. All areas freshly painted and sealed. New furniture in rooms. Very clean. Staff courteous and efficient. Lots of construction workers and transportation choosing this location. That is always my cue that this is a good place to stay.

The only good thing was the guy running the desk. He was very nice. The motel is in the middle of refurbishing so it is a mess. Our room was freshly painted so had to get used to the smell. The room was missing the security lock that flips across the door. The door just had a regular lock. The toilet seat had piss on it so we had to have it cleaned. Plumbing is horrible. Won't even flush #1 and (very thin) toilet paper. Had to have manager snake the toilet at 11pm. We were moved to a different room in the 2nd night since toilet still not working. 2nd room was not any better.

The people running this motel are top notch. Recently during the eclipse, we had chosen to watch it from in front of this location. As the totality neared, I found I needed to use the restroom. There is nothing nearby except another motel. Without much hope, I went to see if they had a public restroom I could use. They did not, but they let me into a room to take care of my need. They didn't need to do this, but they went above and beyond for someone who wasn't even staying there.

Has truck parking no continental breakfast. Bed was hard as a rock and the toilet ran all day and night

Please be aware that this hotel is infested with ants I walked into my room and found a dead mouse in my uncovered electrical socket. The mail hotel manager likes to hit on the younger more attractive solo females when his wife is away. They will distort the truth well the lady female seems to only engage with the male customers. My room was small rarely got any service for room sanitation. I will give them points for being able to rekey the room key so quickly and we're being I will give them a $10 on customer service of that because that is my biggest obstacle is remembering that damn room key.
