We stayed here Sat. 10/27/2024. Room was very nice, employees accommodating. Only thing we did not like was the lack of things for breakfast. No real milk, just almond milk, not many choices for those that don't eat meat for breakfast. Asked about why and told that items were not sent.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn and it was a great experience. Mia, the manager on duty, checked us in quickly and professionally. We were on the 3rd floor annd everything was nice and clean. The AC in the room was nice and cold. The elevator was clean as was the hallways and front desk area. I can’t comment on the breakfast bc we did have it, we did take a peak and it was fully stocked. They had veggie omelets, cheese omelets, fresh sausage, cereals, milks (even almond milk), fruits, pancakes coffee and juices. Every staff member we ran across was so friendly. I give this two thumbs up and would stay here again without hesitation.

I booked your motel by direct phone call to your motel and card payment. When I checked in I was told that I had booked it through Expedia, which I had not. The desk computer was not working and the host had me sign a form and give her my visa in case there were extra charges. ||No receipts.|Getting home saw that I was charged for a total of $ 209.46 for a one-night stay in this motel which was advertised online for $117 plus taxes, when I saw it to book it. Apparently $50 "room service charge" for no reason plus I don't know what!||Bad lighting, extremely loud bathroom fan (without a separate switch from light). Toilet paper 3 feet away under sink cabinet. Only good thing about this motel is location.

The second room I got worked out great. The first room's a/c didn't work. The lady at the desk tried to help, but it wouldn't work. I, finally, had to go ask for a different room. Everything else about the place is great. The breakfast was really good. The a/c in my second room was cold. I'd stay again.

Absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! Wendy went above & beyond to ensure our family had enough space, & her cheerful demeanor was a delightful touch. The beds were impeccably clean & cozy, & the shower provided a refreshing experience with excellent water pressure. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for another visit!

It seems like all hotels in the area get abused by traveling work crews and motorsport fans so I suspect maintenance has trouble keeping up. In this hotel, Room 309 had broken tile just in front of the sink and the tub was badly scratched up (from being used as a cooler?) with some mold. I think the AC unit was a back up (mismatched color), wasn't connected to wall thermostat, and had no option for continuous fan (for white noise). While waiting for the elevator, I overheard part of the maid svc mtg, "I'm not worried about the keys you have. Amanda is fired, on dope and I'm worried she may steal from rooms to buy more." So another reminder to not leave valuables in room. 1st day I passed on room svc but then didn't get any for the next 4 days. I did ask a maid for svc saying I needed towels/TP. Towels/TP were left but no trash taken nor cleaning done. Front desk staff was friendly and resupplied coffee/trash bags for room.

Located near plenty of restaurants and some shopping. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My air conditioner wasn't removing the humidity from the room. So the room felt sticky the whole time I was there. The toilet would spray everywhere when flushed. The best part of the state was the service of the two ladies at the counter. They were top-notch.

Very poor lighting. Bathroom fan (without separate switch from light) was extremely loud. Toilet paper installed under sink, over 3 feet from toilet. Computer not working at the desk (thus no receipt) and clerk charged us $209.46 for room advertised as $117.00 plus taxes.
