This is our third time staying at the Best Western while attending an alpaca show at the nearby agriculture center, and we always look forward returning to see Carol and her team. Hospitality isn't easy, but they make it look very easy for you to feel at home. There are always exquisite seasonal decorations in the lobby, a top of the line cappuccino machine, free bottled water in the cooler, and a smile on their faces. Pros and Cons:
The lobby and staff were very put together and pleasant. It's a convenient location and the room could have been great.
I was disappointed when I got there. There was food crumbs all over the floor and the Bathtub was dirty and had not been cleaned out. Room cleanliness is the most important thing to me and that was severely lacking.

I highly recommend the BW Plus Chickasha Inn. We were attending a funeral in a nearby town. This was our first stay at this hotel. This hotel opened about 4 yrs ago and is beautiful. Plenty of parking. The lobby is large with a lot of comfortable seating. After a long day of travel, the Nescafe machine in the lobby was a welcome sight with a variety of coffee settings or hot water for tea (black tea is provided). Very glad it was not a Keurig with those horrible plastic pods! With 3 guests and luggage we wanted a spacious room. So we opted for a Suite w/2 Queen beds & sofa. Room was spacious and very clean. Two tv's are provided, one for bed area and one for sofa (most likely it's a pullout sofa for sleeping, but we only used the beds for sleeping). A/C unit worked well, makes some noise but did not affect sleep. Mini fridge (no freezer section) temp was nice and cold (I did not see a knob to adjust temp). Bathroom and shower were clean and beautiful. Water pressure/temp was good. Shower has dispenser with shampoo, cond, body soap. Towels are on the thin side. Window has 2 types of shades: a privacy shade and a light-diffusing shade. Our room faced west so having the light-diffusing shade was nice when the afternoon sun blazed. Breakfast room is large with lots of seating plus extra seating in lobby, if needed. Nice variety of food and beverage items. Attendant keeps food area clean, tidy and regularly checks if anything is running low. The one downside is the v-e-r-y s-l-o-w internet connection, whether using phone or laptop. We did not use the pool area during this stay. Lastly, it was fun to explore the town of Chickasha and take photos with the 50ft Leg Lamp! Although it was 9pm and most places were closed, we felt safe to walk around.

Absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff was helpful social and accommodating. Everyone there seemed to love their job and was happy. The decorations are very nice. The patio is so peaceful and tranquil. The breakfast was good and fresh. We were a little late getting down but we were not rushed. They started to clean while we were finishing and they made sure we got everything we wanted before they closed up. The manager at the front desk was sweet kind and helpful. The employees were all warm and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Overall, our stay was good. We appreciated the updated look, and we enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and bottled water offered throughout the day. Breakfast had lots to choose from, and the breakfast area was regularly restocked and cleaned.

The manager was kind and helpful with a question I had about checking out, given that our schedule was a little unknown.

Despite the rooms being a 4-person room, we were only given 3 bath towels each day. We had to make multiple requests for an additional towel.

The rooms were not horribly dirty, but for a perfectionist like myself... there was mildew in the grout lines of the shower, where the base of the toilet meats the floor was not clean and the corners on the floor throughout the room and bathroom could have been cleaned better to remove the dust and dirt, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. It took five minutes or more to drain after using. There was another family within our group that requested a room change due to their room not being clean... blood on shower curtian, hair in the sheets etc. The main hotel areas were kept well. It just seems the people cleaning rooms could pay attention to the details more.

Overall, it was not a bad experience, and we would stay here again as many other hotels are much less clean... we would just be sure to check the room over upon arrival.

My friends were supposedly talking to some evil spirits then the TV turned on then everyone screamed. After talking to it for a while, my other friend Sophie puked up blood and black stuff from the spirit, after that my other friends stuffed dog started to float then fall and turn its head to look at us, I don't know if it was a skit but y'all need to check out room 333 on the 3rd floor, its where we were, someone needs to check it out to see what ghosts were dealing with. One of my friends began to talk in a voice shes never spoken in before, if you know a "Ghost Hunter" please tell them to check out room 333. This all happened on 2/14/25.
