The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Water heater was amazing, water got hot very fast. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Our only complaints are the pool and pool area was not heated. Could easily be fixed with an added heater in the pool room, which would make the water warmer. Limited channels on TV. But wasn't the end of the world. And the bathroom didn't have a fan for venting. Overall was a good stay.

This hotel is definitely under-rated on Google due to former conditions. My husband & I stayed here on our way home. Room was very clean. Service was excellent. Many of the rooms have outside entrances and if you have inside entrances. Property was fairly quiet. Bed was super comfortable and all amenities we needed were supplied. Both check in and check out were smooth and the staff was great. Krisa even offered us fresh hot coffee and muffin even though we missed breakfast. That is what customer service looks like! Thank you!

The rooms were fine, the breakfast was fine. I would suggest getting an odd numbered room to be away from the road noise. They had a nice-looking pool. my only problem was getting into the hotel, in fact the whole main street was a left turn nightmare. I f heading south no problem, but if heading north, you go past and u-turn and things are goofy when trying to leave the hotel also.

Not the best place, bed was comfortable but that's about all. Low water pressure, tub didn't drain. The continental breakfast was very skimpy, overheard a staff member say that some breakfast items not available due to the cost. Breakfast items were only replenished upon request and then only enough prepared for a minimal serving.

two pills on the floor in our supposed ‘clean’ room !!!! housekeeping didn’t knock and just opened the door w me and my nieces we’re getting ready !!!!!!

Long story short...don't stay here.

Check-in was great. The guy at the counter was super helpful and courteous. The lady who takes care of the breakfast was also very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, those are the only good things about this hotel.

The room looked good at first glance. I even posted half a dozen pictures showing how nice it was. That was before I realized just how bad it truly was a day later when I stepped on a bug after exiting the restroom and saw another one on the wall. Then I investigated a bit more and found a whole bunch of bugs, some dead and some still alive. I've included photos and videos for anyone who cares to see.

If it weren't for that it would've gotten a much better rating from me.

The guy at the desk was awesome when I checked in . Was very friendly and helpful. The one that there in the morning was also very friendly and polite. But that’s was the only good thing I can say about our stay there . We’ve have stayed there three times now and three different rooms . All beds , were hard , pillows were flat , towels were hard and dingy, and floor / carpet had sticky feeling to it . The ice machine when I found it was broke . Rooms were not as clean as should of been . Like I sad we have gave it more then one try . We will not stay again .

We generally stay at Quality Inn when we travel. This particular Quality Inn is very outdated. Although they have a luggage carrier, there is no elevator. When we made the reservations and checked in at the front desk, we stated clearly we had three small children with us. We were placed in a second story room, and had to walk with toddlers up and down the stairs, while carrying an infant. The stairs need to be recovered. The hallway to the rooms on the ground floor and around the pool area carpet was dirty.
When requested a ground floor room was told there were none available. The parking lot was almost totally empty. Spoke with a front desk person the next morning. We could not move as the manager had to have a certain number of rooms available for contracted companies. The contracted companies' rooms were on the ground floor.
