The room we got was very clean, excellent distribution and a small refrigerator that was perfect for carrying family-reunion-potluck-dishes, it wasn't the mini-bar type nor a full size fridge, something in between. The service was efficient, without any unnecessary hassles, the facilities were really good and they had available coffee, tea, fruit, juice 24/7. The only feedback we have was that for breakfast the protein options were limited, however all in all it was a pleasant experience.

The rudest front desk personnel I have ever encountered. They refused to rent a room to my son when it was below zero outside, when I called and ask why I was told she didn’t have to tell me why and hung up on me. I called to speak to my sons girlfriend that was allowed to stay there only because a local church paid for her room, when I ask if I could be connected to her room I was told by the same rude person no she was not going to connect me and hung up.
I do not know this person, this was the first time I had spoken to her.
Best Western needs to be represented by someone with class that knows how to speak to and accommodate patrons.

Everything was great, until it was time for a bath. No shower head made it very painful. It was like showering with a pressure washer. Too their credit, when I told them about the missing shower head, they put one on within minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lindsay Hotel. The Manager, Lisa, is great to work with and the staff are appreciated and it shows! I have never seen a hotel run like this, they are like a family and the mutual respect goes a long way and it reflects on the customers stay. Please keep doing what you are doing team - PHENOMINAL Stay!!! Thank you!

The rooms are dirty the bathrooms should not have mildew and mold the beds need to be replaced. This place has gone down hill. This was fron the shower wall wipe down and ants

The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I've had in a while. The people were really helpful and caring for your needs. Really welcoming atmosphere.
