Pros: check-in was quick and easy, room and lobby were clean and inviting. Location was easy, right off the highway. Room was quiet on the 1st floor. The pizza and burger place across the street was delicious.
Cons: The king bed in room 103 is incredibly uncomfortable, there is a deep divot on one side and it's time for it to be replaced, it's actually overdue for replacement. At check-in I was told that someone just requested a new room but that there was nothing wrong with this room. We'll, there is. Upon check-out I gave this feedback and received a warm smile and "thank you." This room was not worth $147 and the continental breakfast was mediocre at best. Not sure how they've received a 9.0 rating on hotels.com and a 4.4 on Google. Disappointed because we've really been happy with every other best western.

This hotel was clean and staff were very good. The cook to order breakfast for the eggs was better than most. and it had the rest of the items that most hotels have like cereal, waffles fruit. I had eggs over easy and then fruit and buscuits and gravy ... .....................

The room was nice - had a little sofa & a mini-fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The lobby was nice. Staff were friendly & they had good breakfast. The building sits in a strange way among a few other hotels. So it was kind of hard to tell where the entrance was & where to park. That's the reason for the 3 stars on location.

Wow just wow!! Absolutely fantastic staff, room and breakfast!!! We checked in at 1:15am, I’ve checked into hotels late before. Night staff is rarely friendly!! This was not the case, Yardia(I’m sure I spelled it wrong sorry) made sure we had everything we needed!! So helpful!! The room was clean and fresh! Absolutely loved that the sofa was a pull out so all the kids had room to sleep!

Location right off 54 super handy!

Last but not least an AMAZING breakfast!!!

Checking in was great!! We loved our kitchenette room. Super clean too. Loved being able to park right in front of our room !! Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the cook to order eggs!!

This was an awesome hotel! The staff was very kind, my room was spotless and they even did me a huge favor by mailing me a pair of sunglasses I left in the room. Incredible service all around, thank you!!

When we arrived on Halloween front desk personnel said hello, and ask how my day was, as well asked us for the reservation name, and then thanked me for my business. They handed me 2 waters, because I joined the rewards program, but I would tell you other, hotels put packaged treats, after a long day, it helps to have a little nourishment, granola, otherwise. The front engagement area had a fireplace, was decorated in fall foliage, comfortable furnishings to read a book or visit with others, the lighting was also interesting and added a easy feeling mood. Privacy blind between front desk and breakfast area left me feeling comfortable, as I don't typically like to eat in front of others! A great place to stay in Oklahoma! Parking area was well lighted and I felt safe!

Different price than quoted on internet reservation. Very few customers and they were all placed next to each other so it wasn't as quiet as we hoped. Breakfast average. We had been told there were made to order eggs but were not offered this by breakfast lady. Unfortunately the restaurant next store was out of business.
