This is a fairly new Best Western located outskirts of wewoka. There is a steak house next door, a casino across the road. Take you 3 minutes to get into town. The staff is very pleasant and helpful when checking in. There is a hot breakfast in the morning 7-10am. Eggs, cereal, and biscuits with gravy you can even make yourself a waffle served with fruit or other toppings. Juice and coffee are available. I can't speak about all the rooms but the room we were in was very clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable 😌 we slept like babies. No stains or hair on bedding. There was limited noise from outside the door, making it easy to get to sleep and rest. I would recommend this place to anyone coming through town and need to relax and rest. There is a pool inside. Snacks down at the front desk for a fee of course.

Half of the hotel was under construction and was never told about. The elevator had no functioning lights besides some very cheap magnetic replacements, the vent in the bathroom was leaking water and giving off a strong smell of smoke. I went and told the front desk and they did not seem to care. I understand that unexpected things happen however there was absolutely no communication. Most of the rooms were unavailable so I had to get a more expensive room just to find out it would be easier to drive 45 minutes and book somewhere else.

Everything was amazing. From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew everyone was great. The manager and assistant manager were very professional, kind and extremely helpful. Breakfast was always early. By the way, the pillows were even perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay in this area.

If you like hot showers this isn't the place for you! After a week I gave up on getting a hot shower and checked out. Vanessa was nice the first couple times, but I guess that last time she was annoyed. Not one time did any of them suggest moving me to another room. I was told to let the shower run for 5 minutes. That didn't work. Finally, she told me, "I don't know nothing about no hot water, all I can do is call maintenance". I said well I guess I'll have to find somewhere else. I'm not about to feel like I'm a burden when your service is not up to par. She took it upon herself to check me out at 7:18 pm, tuesday night. I decided Wednesday morning after another cold shower to check out. That's when I discovered she had already checked me out the previous night. I will never book this wet mop smelling, no hot water having place again!

It's my first time here. I travel for work. Rebecca was very helpful (professional). Ive enjoyed my stay so much. I've upgraded to the hot tub room. The rooms are very clean and the staff ( Rebecca) is very helpful. I live in hotels for work. This hotel is money well spent. Enjoy

BUYER BEWARE. I paid for the hot tub room with a kitchenette. You would imagine my surprise when I arrived and the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it and only a mini fridge. No glasses, plates, silverware, pans, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. What is the point of booking a kitchen if you can't use it? I called downstairs thinking maybe it was a mistake. She informed me that they do not provide anything at all in their kitchens. I went back and checked the website to see if maybe I missed a disclaimer and I didn't. The website does not say anything about the kitchen being empty. It also states it comes with a full refrigerator (which is also in the photos) and it does not, at least not mine. To me, this is fraudulent advertising. You are not providing what the customer is paying for. If the kitchen comes empty then you need to add a disclaimer stating that.

I was in town for business. I had booked my room using my employer's booking system. Staff was super helpful as I got there late evening. The room was right next to the pool. The pool was open late which is a plus. Unfortunately the room was not up to my standard. It smelled damp and had an adjoining room door and you could hear the other guest through it very clearly along with their television show. The dampness was going to work with my allergies. I asked the front desk if I could have another room. They said there was nothing available in my price range. I had to pay a $20.00 upcharge. The new room was perfect and very spacious. The staff did later inform me that my first room was going to need a deeper cleaning and maybe some maintenance addressed. I feel I probably should have got my 20.00 back. I did not get to try their breakfast. The wifi seemed solid and the code is written on your key card holder. They had an awesome checkout time of noon (I think). The hotel was well lit for a late night arrival. I would definitely stay again if I am ever in town again.
