Ok in a pinch but needs serious TLC. Carpet needed to be replaced - pretty old, dirty, and splotched with paint. Didn't seem like it had been vacuumed. Had to plug in my clap behind the night stand and it was really dusty. Pillows were flat as could be. Only a sheet and the bedspread on the bed. Wifi was practically non existent - timed out before connected with Google maps. No coffee maker.

This place was very dirty. The owner Nick is very rude. The rooms are very little. Do not recommend this hotel at all. Will never stay there again.
I will say that the lady who cleans the rooms was very nice lady. It’s just needs to be a little bit cleaner, but she was very sweet.
The whole lobby area smelled like a cigarette

This is mine and my 15yr grandsons 2nd time to stay here. We've been here 3 weeks this time, and will be here longer. Our room is clean, there's no bugs! Nick the owner is very proffesional! The maintaince man and housekeeper real nice! They will all 3 take care of your needs promptly. Its location is great. I would definately recommend staying here! Thank you Victorian Inn

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The carpet could use replacing, but it's otherwise serviceable. It's a cute little motel and it was close to where I needed to be.

Worst room we have ever booked . No coffee pot, tv didn’t work the front of the ac/heat unit fell off. Carpet was awful it didn’t even touch the wall. Will drive further next time for sure. Beware

Easy to get to. Rooms were ok. First room had problems with the shower but they moved us promptly to another room. Not a 4 star place but not a slum. Quiet and cozy, right off the highway. Looks like they were remodeling some of the rooms. Ice maker was broken but a Walmart and convenience stores close by. Very friendly staff. Nice place to stay for a few nights.

I recently stayed at Victoria Inn and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon checking into my room, I discovered bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health risk. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, they refused to offer a refund or any form of compensation. The lack of concern and poor customer service only added to the frustration. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address their pest control issues and improve their customer service.

The office person was grumpy (man). Complained that we booked through an app. He went on and on about how terrible it was. He did give us a better rate than the app showed. The room was adequate but the bathroom was not. There were globs of hair in the drain that came up in the tub for your bathing pleasure. 18 wheeler parked nearby left in middle of night returned early morning making lots of noise.
