Great location. The room was clean and comfortable bed but the ac was so loud it could have woke the dead. The staff person that checked us in was probably family of the owner. But he was literally a jerk. Just no personality didn't seem like he wanted to be here. Unhelpful attitude. If the ac was working right and not loud I could get over the rest. But I put the ac on 60 and the temperature stayed around 73. It would come on get cool and then take 2 hours to come back on and would be sweating. Ultimately I slept 5 hours because it was so hot and loud. I definitely will try the property next door next time and pay the extra 50 to see if it is better.

Changes needed: new ac's through out, staff that care about people, breakfast should stay at 6 not 630. It would be a perfect stay with these things.

Incredibly frustrated with my stay. The air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The pool was freezing cold and the only reason we chose this hotel was for my kids to be able to swim. I ended up forgetting a jersey in the drawer and they could t open the office because the manager changed the code. I wanted to pay for them to ship it to my house but she said I would have to provide the envelope, so I did, but she said it has to be prepaid. I’m beyond frustrated with this hotel and will not be back.

Easy to find since it's right on the south entrance to town.
The bed is comfortable and the area is quiet.
A continental breakfast is provided. Stick with the waffles, sausage and biscuits. Like most hotels, the eggs are often overcooked.

Two issues of note:
1- It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to divert the water from the tub to the shower. I later found out that there is a worn out illustration taped to the front desk in the lobby. The person who checked me in didn't point it out to me.
Hey Best Western! How about posting a sticker in the bathroom where folks will see it!
2- While eating breakfast, I noticed a housekeeper mopping the lobby floor. When I boarded the elevator to go back to my room, I smelled something horrible.
I smelled it again when I took the elevator back downstairs. It turned out that the elevator and lobby floors were mopped with a dingy, dirty mop head. There was obviously no more cleanser or disinfectant (obviously) in that water.
I mentioned it to the desk clerk and urged her to smell the elevator. She stepped in (but didn't let the door close) and insisted that everything was fine. I assured her it wasn't and left for the day.
Thankfully, everything smelled fine that night as well as the following morning.

Warning was REFUSED REFUND. Booked and paid for room though priceline.com. and when we went to check in was told per company policy they needed $250 cash deposit also because I live within 50 miles of this hotel. Priceline tried to give me a refund but the hotel refused saying it was in the fine print of the details on the contract 🤔. I paid $109 for a room I never got to use, Thank you Best Western for your customer service, good bless 🙏

Sharri was fabulous she went above and beyond to get me a great room that was private and quiet. I was able to get rest and she was very personable and just sweet. The rooms was clean and their was a scripture left on my bed and I loved that very very much. It was just an amazing stay and I will definitely book a room there again.

Positive: The staff were great. Particularly the desk/breakfast/everything person was terrific! Negative: The hallway seemed a bit dark and the carpet might need cleaning. But the room looked freshly redecorated and was great!

Good place to stay. We did 2 nights. The breakfast is not good. All the staff are super nice and caring. Well spent money. Clean rooms easy location , everything is 3 to 6 min. away. Recommended a smoking section outside with a chair.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for our stay. There us a Dollar General and grocery store right behind the hotel, and a Walmart across the street. We didn't use the pool, but it was beautiful and looked to be very clean.
