We were wonderfully impressed with the BW in El Reno, OK. Bed was comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was all we expected. I was even able to mix my favorite juice: orange/cranberry! EASY access from interstate. Easy drive into OKC to meet friends at a lovely restaurant. Tremendous value! Thank you for making this trip such a success. We drove from Amarillo and our friends drove from Wichita, KS to rendezvous here and celebrate our friendship that began in 1977. We will do it again!

For the price, worth it. Will stay here again but it could have been a little cleaner and in better shape. Tv caused me hell, remote had to be aimed below so you had to reach near the ground to use it and buttons in TV did not work. High point was the guy at the desk that was very helpful.

Excellent in every way. Very clean, everything in perfect working order. Roomy accommodations and huge bathroom with large, walk-in shower. We highly recommend this particular hotel. Plus a very complete. hot, delicious breakfast-lacking nothing. Staff is always exceptional caring and accommodating. great location, right there off the interstate. Definitely, the place to stay in El Reno.

My biggest complaint is that they did not answer the front dest phone when I called from BOTH my personal cell AND our room phone. My elderly mom asked me to get an extra blanket bc she was cold.. I called the front desk approximately 7-10 times in 10 minutes, trying to get any resemblance of customer service. Finally, I had to walk with a bone spur in my heal from &to the office and ask. Rang the doorbell and saw a sleepy female come mosey out the back office.

I would like to give this motel a higher rating, however a few things were not great. The lady we checkd.in with was unenthusiastic about her job. We were in the first building with the office. We had some working men staying in the rooms next to us and drilling outside after 8pm. They weren't loud, but the smoke.wasnt great and my wife was a little uneasy. The room we stayed in the first floor had filthy sticky carpeting and the room just seems dingy|The reviews have me scratching my head. Maybe the other building across from the pool is nicer, but we wouldn't stay here again. |I am a Diamond Select Member.

Overnight stop only. Friendly helpful staff. The door stuck so the staff were notified. The employee said he would flag for repair before the next guest. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

I'm in love with this place! 1st of all they do have big rig parking! The lady that checked me in was really nice and very friendly and helpful. Then my room was awesome! It was super clean! The bed was very comfortable, and I absolutely love the shower! It was so different from the showers that are in most places. It was nice and roomy with the big shower head in it. Great water pressure. Instead of a round drain, it had a thing that went all the way across the shower floor. How neat! Dominos delivers there, which made my tummy very happy lol. I'll definitely be back here!
