We needed a room with a handicap bathroom close to Tulsa. This was the hotel we chose just because of the posted pictures. This is the second time we have stayed here. The room was clean and quiet and check in was quick. The staff has always been friendly. They have a nice variety of items for breakfast as well.

Excellent stay at the Kenosha Inn! Very clean, smells clean! I drove out here for a better price on a hotel than near Tulsa center. This is an older hotel with 2 stories, but appears to be completely remodeled!
***Be aware that there is NOT an elevator, but a handful of stairs to upper level. This might be difficult for some people. Although staff helped a lady up the stairs by carrying her luggage***
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were great with new modern bedding. (Pictures on Google are very out of date). Breakfast was very nice with brewed coffee (except Decaf-highly recommend they add this to breakfast). Overall, spacious rooms. I had a double queen room. It came with a desk and chair and a lounge chair! I liked relaxing in the lounge chair! Large new TV, but our group didn't use it. Great stay! Highly recommend!!!

We reserved 2 rooms on 3/22, when we arrived to the room we noticed the A/C wasn’t working. We notified front desk. We then went down to indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and freezing cold. Pool was hotter than hot tub. Notified front desk of the hot tub issue as we went back up to our room. Got to our room and maintenance told us there was no way to fix the A/C. We asked to be changed to another room since the ac could not be fixed. We were told there was no other rooms available. So went down to front desk to get refund since we would have to go find another motel to stay at. I was told by front desk management would be in Sunday at 9am and I would have to reach out to them for refund. The next morning at 9 am I went back and was told management only comes in on tuesdays at noon. I’ve called every day since the issue and management still has not responded. The lady at front desk during the day is very sweet and respectful. But this is a horribly managed business. Would advise to save your money and time and do not bother staying here. Not to mention the hot water in the shower/bath does not work.

We have stayed here before and found it to be a good hotel for the price. This time did not disappoint us at all. Room was clean and we found no problems. Everyone of the staff that we saw, were very friendly. We like the location because it is close to our relatives.

This is a well maintained, clean, and comfortable property. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you, Katy Ghandi, for pleasant the morning I stayed there. And thank you, Ms. Cricket for the easy check-in.

Came thru town and stopped here. Breakfast was okay. I usually make my own so I never worry about “ continental breakfasts “ because it’s usually cheap and not a lot. That being said rooms are super clean , building is super quiet. It’s next to a major roadway and you can’t hear anything. People are super friendly. It is hard to find people that take pride in their jobs. The janitor is just as important as the CEO. This place the people are all very welcoming and nice. I would stay here again for sure If you’re coming thru town in Broken Arrow. You’re safe here.

Friendly staff, best sleep I have had in months on their lovely crisp bed sheets.

Nice and clean and the breakfast was good too. Learnt how to make waffles with the appliance and had sausage sauce for the 1st time. Quite yummy with the waffles.

Good value for money. Loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great for burning the calories after each breakfast. 😜

The rooms were nice and spacious the beds comfortable. The staff was friendly and took care of us.

I only have a couple of complaints. One the tv is too small for the room. It’s a 36 inch tv for a room with two queens in it. The other complaint would be the shower/tub leaked from the around the bottom of the tub.
