I had a good night's sleep, felt safe, and was very comfortable in the hotel. I stayed at several IHG hotels over the course of my road trip, and it is nice to experience consistency, as well. I have found it easier to book directly vs. a third party as the staff are efficient and nice. It's always nice when there is a heated pool, particularly if heated for comfort in the winter!

We stopped in early am on 3-23-25 front desk greeted me with a smile. My room was pretty nappy. The front desk apologized and put u in a new room. Comfortable beds and options of pillows made for a good night sleep. I don't know how much you pay the lady in the dining room, but she needs a raise. She was all over taking care of business with a smile and friendly. The Bible in the room was much appreciated 🙏

Our stay was fabulous. The staff was extremely professional and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great. Bed was wonderful. Wide Breakfast selection…hot food was hot! And tasty. It was foggy when we checked out; staff recommended we wait 30 minutes for it to clear. It was obvious to us that they were concerned with our safety…much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. And for management, keep the green chairs in the lobby!😊

Pros : room was clean. Marcus working the desk in the evening was top notch and very helpful.

Cons : no breakfast because their oven was broke, the ac in the room didn’t work properly, the hot water didn’t stay hot, the WiFi was beyond useless when it would work, the outside portion looked like someone’s trash pile in the back.

I primarily stay in holiday inn but I will avoid this location like the plague. It’s the first time I ever felt like a place owed me money for staying there.

I booked with TripAdvisor. When we got there they charged for the room, I talked with front desk and was told it would be removed. The morning we departed, I was not given a receipt. I was told since it wasn't right they wouldn't give me one. Long story short, they still owe me for the nights stay. I have call been told I would be contacted within 48 hours. Did not happen. Just called again supposed to get a call tomorrow. We will see. They may need new managers. Double check your account if you stay here.

$289 for 2 rooms We got in and the air conditioner didn’t work in one of our rooms, so they switched us.. then the TV didn’t work in the next one..
Room number 2 the TV ALSO didn’t work..
Not to mention the unfriendly man behind the desk Jeffery. He was so rude, and I thought at first it was me until a friend of mine checked in and said the exact same thing. So unfriendly, rude and dry. The worst $300 I’ve ever spent honestly. I had gone down to tell him the issues and he basically told me it wasn’t his problem. 1/10

I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms and hallways smell heavily of mold. Mini mart was not stocked so they did not have Benadryl. I mentioned it to the hotel staff and they said they’d received a lot of rain and that is what caused the mold. Great location, nice staff, but i definitely will not be staying here again.

I am not one to just put down 5 stars because that’s what you want to hear. I do a far bit travel. To me, Holiday Inn Express has always marketed to provide a good stay at a good value. This was my first visit to this location (came in for a funeral). This location is everything I hoped for after a long drive. The facility appears to be fairly recently built. The accommodations did not seem dated. The room was relatively large. Everything looked new and clean. Breakfast had the standard offerings cooked properly. The tables were clean. I really could not ask for more in a value facility. If back in the area, I definitely would consider returning to this location.
