Do not stay unless dyer situation. Staff is very rude. I’ve been here for four years my soon to be white has been there for a year. Try to kick her out it was 40 degree ° temps. At 6. Pm His reason being because he didn’t like her. She been here for a year. So he calls the Mannford Police Department has them show up demands for one of the officers
To site her for trespassing, but she’s been here for a year even the officers were confused to why he was trying to file trespassing on her . And why he was kicking herer out his only reason was he didn’t like her. Long story short we wasn’t kicked out, but our lease is not renewable gives me more than the reason to leave because this place is nasty. They don’t fix nothing they won’t fix nothing. They’re rude demanding this place is a tweaker, ville. Roach, infested, Bedbug riddien Spider fast and Mike that owns the place won’t do nothing about it and they don’t change the sheet and the bedding after people stay here I’ve seen it. The staff that cleans the room stay away from them.. Mike and his wife will
Be rude to you . so if you like to be bed bug bitten , do you like roaches in your food nasty rooms, and the fear sf being robbed in the middle of night. Come be a guest at your most famous lake shore

Stayed here around 40 years ago when working for the phone company. Nice back then. Best room for contractors working in Yale. Must be doing something right to keep it going that long. Glad to see it still there.
Had nice cold AC after working long hours in 100 degree heat.

There do not check there beds . Seems clean but I was awoken at 11pm being eaten alive by a bed big infestation. And I told the owner and he told me I had to report it to him. Like they don't check the beds so it was my fault. Never again will I give him my money.

This is an old motel, they are working on. Honestly I have no complaints, but I don't want people to think they are getting the greatest deal ever.
I would definitely stay again. Room was clean, just dated.

It's an old motel, but it's always clean and everything in the rooms works. We've never seen any bugs in the motel or anything like that. The RV Park is basic but it is nice. We live in our RV behind the motel and things are quiet, everyone gets along, and there's a good sense of community. We look out for each other. It's great being close to the water and the little strip of forest behind the park is good for walks. I've seen bald eagles flying above, as well as other wildlife in the strip of forest. And it is a 3 minute walk to the lake where you almost have your own private beach.

For being an old motel in a small town in Oklahoma, it is what it is. Just a clean place for a night with a comfy bed. For us, it is home.

Can't beat it for the price. The lake location was nice, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the water. We have recommended this place and would stay again. Excellent stay if you're visiting Pawhuska Frybread Competition. It isn't too far away.

I don't know where to start. we asked if they had a room for handicapped because my mom in law is in a wheelchair and we're told yes but we would have to be in a regular room for a night. so we asked to move the next evening and found out that actually have no handicapped rooms at all. interesting way to coax a customer in. the entire experience there was sad. how's this.....bugs in the bed, the dressers, the sink, the bathroom, the window sill. unreal place. no way would I ever stay there again and it was $70 plus tax, a night. tried to save money and see what I get. stupid me. $30 a night at best there.and PS,...the smell in the room, thank God we had Lysol spray.
