Everything about the room was great. It was clean, spacious, super comfortable bed with a chaise lounge. Good lighting and plenty of charging stations that worked. The bathroom was clean and up to date. Loved having the Dove dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Gluten free bagels were available for breakfast which was nice too. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Would definitely stay there again. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool area, but it was available.

Our primary consideration staying in a hotel is how comfortable the bed is and cleanliness and comfort of the room. This was a very comfortable bed and everything was clean and worked well in the room. Looks like it probably has been renovated in the past 2 or 3 years. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast left a bit to be desired as they were out of some things but IHG breakfasts aren't the greatest anyway. We've stayed in a lot of them and bfast is about the same everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our road trip. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly. The room was awesome and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately we didn't make it to the pool. We visited during some scary weather and the staff was very reassuring.Very clean and quiet I Highly recommend this hotel.

It appeared that in the design of the rooms, they really gave thought to what people actually need and want in a hotel. The bed was comfortable and the lights were close enough to reach and turn on or off from bed. Electrical outlets were conveniently placed and included USB ports. Our room had a chaise lounge situated by the east window making it a lovely place to sit, read and drink my morning coffee. It seemed that every amenity was included. Work desk and lamp and office chair, modern coffee maker, fridge, microwave, wardrobe, quality toiletry items.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, however, the coffee pot, TV, and charging plugs, did not work. The staff couldn't be found, so I just left the next morning. The breakfast was not good at all! actually terrible. The hotel could be rather nice if the facilities manager had things working. The staffing was nice at check in but then we couldn't find them to get things we needed. Not a good stay other than the bed was comfortable.

My experience and stay is way more better than my previous stays at another hotel in town. The cleanliness and friendliness of staff is comforting especially after a long night of travel. I would recommend this place all day-everyday. It is truly relaxing and worth coming back to after a hard days work. The staff here is wonderful. This place is a home away from home.

Great hotel stay! Staff was friendly, Manager (Monica Robertson) was very accommodating when we asked to check in early and move to a suite. Best breakfast in a long time. Food was fresh with many options. Room was clean and welcoming! Highly recommend! Best in the area!

The hotel was exactly as I had expected. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was hot and ready when I came down in the morning. I did not use the pool or weight room. I would recommend this property.
