Took a family trip stayed in the “All Suites Tower” which is in the non smoking area of the casino and it was an amazing stay! Room was everything plus more. Rock Shop had amazing souvenirs. Pizza was good very pricey $31 for a whole pizza. The vibe was amazing! Fountain drinks are free however alcoholic beverages are not free while playing games like in Louisiana at the boats. Elevator shocked me every time I went to use it. Overall can’t wait to go back. It’s a must see to experience this electrifying hotel and casino.

Everything seemed clean. Room was clean, grounds were well kept. Casino and common areas were clean. You could tell there was a smoking section, even in common areas and the non-smoking part of the casino, BUT the smell was not overwhelming. Again, you could tell there were people smoking SOMEWHERE in the building but it was never overpowering. The room did not smell of smoke whatsoever.||Front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly but were far from rude. All other staff I encountered from custodial to casino staff was very helpful and friendly. All the casino dealers I had were very helpful as I haven’t been to many casinos in my life.||Lots of dining options. I ordered room service for breakfast and the food was very good. Two small complimentary bottles of water in each room. I was on the 10th floor and the “ice and vending room” had no vending machines, just ice. ||As a music buff, I loved all of the framed memorabilia around the property!||The only complaint was the bed in our room was very hard and the blankets/comforters were very thin. The pillows were also very soft. Personal preference but I had to sleep with two pillows under my head to feel like I had a pillow at all. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well. ||But all in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

I booked my stay because I was going to be going to a concert and did not want to drive home and knew I would stay up late gambling. I did not want to stay in the Cherokee tower due to it being the old side and out dated. So I booked a room in the All Suites Tower. First I can not understand why they ever got rid of valet parking, nothing sucks worse that having to trek all the way through the parking lot with your luggage but, done. I get to the front desk they were rude but I get my room (which I paid for, not comped) when you stay in the All Suites Tower you get to cart your luggage also all the way through the casino., not well thought out. But I will say it was a nice addition to make the elevator only work with a room key, that was a nice security feature. My next issue appeared when I went to go to bed, I cut my foot on some broken glass on the floor next to the bed that was there from a previous guest so I had to make sure to wear my shoes in the room the rest of my visit. Next issue, I stayed up until 3:30 a.m. gambling (my fault yes) but to have house keeping banging on my door shortly before 9 a.m. was not a pleasant surprise, yes banging. When checkout is at 11. I was a female staying by myself and they scared the crap out of me. I stop at the front desk on my way out to talk to the manager and was given to the manager on duty and his response was yay they like to get a head start and the broken glass...do you want security to check your foot with an eye roll. This was a horrible experience!!!!!

I would rate the room higher but spending 1600 and not getting everything we paid for in our package it's going to be a 3 star. The room is big bed is comfortable but is definitely dated.Now the casino and resort part is great. It's huge and I mean huge. You will definitely get lost in here. They literally give you a map to navigate the facility.

I love all the music memorabilia. They play good music there. We stayed mid week so there wasn't much going on. Probably at least 69% of restaurants and drinks venues were closed that day.

Good things, but I almost wanted to walk out as soon as we walk in... the smoke smell was SO bad! Eating dinner there was rough as all I tasted was the smoke. But the rooms were nice and we walked out the next day over a hundred dollars ahead.

The front desk staff at the hotel were rude and acted like everyone was bothering them. I asked how the agent day was and got a 1 word response, Fine. Never smiled or acted like she liked her job. Room was ok, the sheets had hair in them when we arrived. Room Service was awesome!! Both gentleman who prepared and brought the food to our room were friendly, kind and hospitable!! Front desk staff should be more welcoming, especially when people are coming to spend money in your casino!!!
