Osage has a lot of games to choose from and the casinos clean and spacious. Only thing about Osage that isn't convenient is refreshments. I like being able to get my own drink like other casinos have, the employees are very nice and are happy to get you a drink every time, I just think it's more convenient with drink stations. It still gets 5 stars from me because of the overall quality and service that Osage has

Had a good night. First time in a long while that the machines were paying more then the ATM. They machines were actually paying. I played for hours on bringing in $50. I truly felt for the first time what the casino was supposed to be a fun winning experience and not leaving feeling sad and broke. My $50 bucks lasted and had a good time playing and drinks. Give them another try. Also ladies it felt safer then the other ones. Safe and cozy. Nobody watching your machine. Give them another try

My family and I had A great experience at Osage hotel. The check-in service was so easy and fast. The lady's were so nice checking us in. We had the option of what floor we wanted to be on, Which view pool or Hwy lol. Room was nice Bed was clean, room was clean, but no mini fridge.. We felt comfortable. ||We loved the Hot tub it was the best! Outdoor fire pit, the pool was clean and pretty big plus A outdoor bar. Overall great experience for my family and I. Thanks Osage!

I have never actually stayed in one of their rooms. The casino is clean with a wide variety of slots to choose from. If table games are your thing they have you covered with all the standard casino table options. On the negative side there are NO free soda fountains. They do provide room temp bottles of water at no charge. When cashing out with the auto teller machines be aware any coin change will not be redeemed. Total is always round down to a whole dollar amount; and make sure to pay attention to the screen when redeeming. After processing your payment but BEFORE dispensing winnings they ask if you would like to donate the change to some charity or another. If you aren't paying attention this screen may easily be confused with asking if you are done redeeming tickets and dispense the $$$. Big OK, YES button begs to be pushed until you realize they just took your $.78. (If you mark NO they return a ticket with coin balance.)That on top of a slight bias since I have NEVER won here as opposed to other local casinos makes me rate this one 'meh'. Maybe once they make the return on the initial building and get far enough in the black the slots will loosen.

We waited in line for restaurant for like 20 mins...no one ever came to say..sorry...we short staffed..were closing...or whatever the problem was. Finally went to bar to order...that took awhile also secondary to short handed but bartenders did their best. Also, this casino is way too smokey compared to others.

I don't know about their rooms or the service in the rooms. The only knowledge I have of the place is the casino and it's hit or miss. We never know what to expect because sometimes it's really ringing up a storm in there tons of people winning all around that casino. Then, other times, there's people back to back, but nobody is winning. If you ask me, that's a little suspicious! Not trying to sound paranoid, but I would swear someone is controlling those slot machines on certain occasions. We win sometimes and lose lots more times.
You can get free bottles of water if you want to go to the bar, or you can ask a waitress to bring you a free bottle if you feel like giving a tip for free water lol. That's if you come across a waitress 🤪 I don't hate this place, but I will say I've left there with a bad taste in my mouth more times than not. We do continue to patronize this casino because it beats River Spirit any day.
I guess what I'm saying is, if you're gonna go try Osage, just expect to lose. At least you won't be disappointed, and you never know, you just might win 🤑

Had some time to kill and Google Maps said this place was close so we went to play a little. The atmosphere gave me a nervous feeling. No one was smiling even if they looked me in the eye and I smiled at them. We spent abt $100 and nothing fun happened at all. Just boring. I'm sure it's not the fault of the casino.
