It was our first time staying here .The look from outside you couldn't tell is an hotel. The inside look very old fashion antique dark but clean. There's only 1 lady there as staff and you'll have to call her or you can't find her because she busy around the hotel but she is very nice lady. We got our room but look so small wasn't like what we expected in the picture, is like a your regular bed room. It just don't give me that hotel vibe.
The outside area is nice and quiet. Overall is ok not sure if we'll go back.

You’re gonna be paying top dollar for a very well decorated motel.
There is maybe one person working at a time, check in and check out are DIY, the place is not well maintained, your bath won’t hold water, your sheets and robes will be stained and ripped, it’s just no good
Also, if you’re considering the “full package” ($275) you’ll get: a $4 bottle of wine, some half decent chocolate covered strawberries, 2 oz of bubble bath, a $50 meal doordashed to your room, an ok massage and cloth “flower petals” left on the bed.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, it’s a beautiful historical building ran with less upkeep than a motel 6.

Loved our stay at the Grandison Inn! My Mom & I came for the Alan Jackson concert was a quick uber away from the paycom center a 6 mins ride. We stayed in the Florence room very cozy & cute. Had a nice heater & hot water in 18° weather. We did have the breakfast it’s a self serve & they had eggs, bacon, & hash browns. I would say it’s very laid back we did have to ring the bell to check in to our room there was no one in the lobby to check us in when we arrived.

I will start by saying we’ve experienced many B&B’s over the years. The charm is to stay in a home with lots of history, antiques, and craftsmanship. Grandison has all of this as well as a great location for many of the sites in the area. Sitting on the huge porch is exceptionally nice in the evening. But you have to know historical means old and things to consider for your stay is the worn stained carpets in the rooms and ancient bath fixtures.|The bed was comfortable, but in crowded space. Our hostess was very nice but getting more of a tour of the home and more communication on the surroundings would have more welcome touch.

I loved everything about this place, except I couldn’t reach anyone by phone and I didnt see anyone when I was checking out, so I hope leaving my key in the room was alright… idk. I read all the bad reviews and I think they cleaned up the place a lil. The lady I met was nice. I love old buildings and a big tub so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ZERO STARS!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I travel for work and stay all over the United States and this by far was the worst place I’ve ever booked. Started off by pulling up to this place and seeing bags of trash all over the back of the property. Then I started to notice all of the broken windows. I went inside and was given the key to my room. The room was filthy! Thick dust covered everything in the room. The door to the room was broken with a huge crack on top and bottom of the door. We had trouble locking the door. The towels were stained and smelled like mildew. The bedding was old and falling apart. The wallpaper was falling off the walls. The ceiling was collapsing in a huge area. When we booked this place we ordered the honeymoon package and the massage package. We were told 9 pm we would have our couples massage. At 9:20 pm no one had shown to give massages. We called Yvonne the manager and told her the woman never showed. She called us back 10 minutes later and told us we wouldn’t be getting our massages because the lady had a flat tire. At this point we were going to leave because this is the only reason we booked this place. It was my wife’s birthday and she wanted a massage. Yvonne then told us to please stay because the lady would be here at 9 am for the massage. So… we stayed and waited. At 9 am Yvonne knocked on our door and told us that she can’t get ahold of the massage therapist but told us that she (Yvonne, the manager) knew how to massage and that she could just give us one on the bed in the room. My wife told her that she can’t be massaging people without a license. We asked for a refund for the massage package and Yvonne was horribly rude. She expected us to pay for something we didn’t receive. After my wife told her we weren’t leaving until we had a refund she proceeded to tell us that she would have the police remove us from the property. All because we wanted a refund for services we never received. As we are explaining to the manager how we shouldn’t be charged for services not received the only other guest in the place came downstairs and said he had no hot water in his room! He had already stayed one night but wanted a refund for the next night because he was going to stay somewhere with hot water. Yvonne treated him horribly and told him all she could do was 20% off! Why not refund someone that isn’t going to stay due to there being no hot water? These people are complete scam artists. This place was a dump. The manager was horribly rude. Wouldn’t stay here again if I was paid to do so!!

We are having the best experience ever. They have been very tentative to every need. They have beautiful rooms and a beautiful home. Exceptional place. Will be coming back again.

This was our first time staying here after finding it on the Internet, we should have read some of the previous reviews. The pictures online did not accurately represent the room we had. There was no service we saw one person for about five minutes. total in 3 days. There was no breakfast except a very spartan Continental breakfast, the same danishes were on the counter the entire time we were here,
The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned. In the room was not serviced anytime during the three days we were here.
For the price, we paid a reasonable person would’ve expected better service and better accommodations.
The 100 year-old home has huge potential, but it was disappointing..
we will be coming back to Oklahoma City, but we will not be staying here
