Today I’m giving my review on my full experience here. Wow where do I start? First of all this man and his staff are amazing, kind and very humble. I’ve been staying here on and off for the last 2 months. I have seen this man, Mr. Villarreal do housekeeping alongside the housekeepers or even alone so that his staff can be with their families for the holidays. I’ve heard from another tenant that Mr. Villarreal took him to do some laundry and grocery shop because it was cold and raining and the man had no car and could not go home for the weekend like his coworkers did. This man was extremely humbled by the kindness that Mr. Villarreal showed him. From what I have heard from other people staying here, this place used to be a dump, but it’s definitely on its way up. One day I was sitting in the gazebo when a man walked up from behind me through the property, I told the manager about it and he made it a point to always walk his property to make sure that no one came across that didn’t belong here. I feel safe here knowing that when my boyfriend is at work this property is constantly being monitored. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and the price is great. When there’s no answer in the office I’m sure it’s because he is on the property doing work because I don’t think that man even sleeps. Oh, but if you’re looking for a place to hang out and party this is not the place. This crew takes the well being of their customers serious.

The room was very nice and clean. The pillows were very soft. The bath in the two full size bed room is big enough for two people, so definitely a plus. There are absolutely no smoking rooms here. You can smoke outside your room though without problem. Juan was very kind! Will definitely come back.

The Hi Way Inn Express in Wilburton is under new management since March. The facility has been and continues to be upgraded. The room that I was in was very clean and well kept. No issues of any kind. The manager is conscientious, courteous and focused on providing the best service possible. I would highly recommend this facility as a place to stay in Wilburton or the surrounding area. I have stayed in all but one of the available motels/lodges in the Wilburton area and this is by far the best of them. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The price point is competitive with all the other facilities and in some cases the best price available.

Wow! Where do I actually start. Out of all the motels, hotels, inns and suites I have stayed I this place is the most amazing. Hamptons, Embassy and all the rest need to come and take lessons on how to run an amazing place. The owner is on location and is very precious. You can't find that from large corporations. The view is beyond beautiful. The staff treats you like family. The price is unbeatable! The rooms are very clean! I believe we have found a place to come and spend family time on weekend getaways. The rooms are the best cleaned smelling rooms I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this location!

As a blue collar worker, believe me when I say I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels. This place has been kept very clean and the service has been excellent. The rooms are tidy every day upon return. Clean towels are provided every day as well. The owner will even pop in on the weekends asking if there’s anything we need. If I work in the area again i will definitely be staying here. (You can disregard previous comments on “dirty sheets”)

We came and stayed 3 nights 4 days for our family reunion and we absolutely loved it here! Clean rooms and the staff was super friendly! Great location! The upstairs view is absolutely beautiful!!! Only down fall would be the pool being closed. Other then that we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it!

We booked this hotel - knowing that it wasn't a Hilton. We were just looking for a cheap, clean, safe place to stay after our hiking. And this was the place. We ended up staying 2 nights and it was fine. It served its purpose. 😀 The shower was hot, good pressure. The internet was better than expected -- actually pretty good. The TV's were old, but it worked fine. We would stay here again.

Tried to get a room here this weekend, when we pulled up there was a sign on the door to call for mangement, and before and we could call a man drove up and got out asking if we needed a roofer, or did we have a leak or something that needed fixed, told him we wanted to check on a room. We went in he told us the price and we ask to look at the room, he said if I show you the room I'm not going to let you stay here. He said I keep my rooms clean and take care of my property! I told him if we couldn't look them we didn't want to stay there, what did he have to hide, if his rooms are nice as he says why not let you look!! We travel alot with my husband's job and we always look at the room, he was
the rudest man I have ever encountered!!
