Love the Christmas cabin. It's beautiful inside and has a nice pond. Unfortunately the mattresses are so bowed that it is the first thing you see in the bedrooms. You roll to the middle and end up on top of each other! The hot tub is locked at 90ยฐ, and the pots and pans are super old. It's a really nice place, but if you're staying a while, bring a cot and cook wear!

Stayed in the Christmas cabin. Looks clean when you first walk in but the longer you stay the more you notice half an inch or more of dust on things, or marks on the floor from where the table and chairs clearly weren't moved to sweep and mop, or a million other things telling you it is only halfway cleaned between guests. Hot tub is not cleaned in between guests, so we didn't use it. That was a big gross bummer. All of the appliances are clear 2 decades old other than the microwave. The fridge is small and either is too warm or too cold. When they say it is "air conditioned" they mean there is one window unit meant to cool the whole cabin. It keeps the bottom floor comfortable while blasting, but the upstairs stays too hot to sleep in summer. The view is wonderful, the stocked pond was fantastic, the fire ring with fire wood was nice. It was acceptable for this time, but we probably won't come back for what they charge compared to the other options in the area.

We stayed in the Christmas cabin. Very cute inside but looks as though it hasn't been cleaned for awhile. Cobwebs all over the ceiling and the decorations were very dusty. Didn't use the hot tub due to hot weather. The fire pit and stocked pond were very nice. The view was gorgeous and the cabin is secluded and private. We did see a lot of deer on the property which was really nice.

It was nice to get a way. Though It was difficult to fully relax because it felt like the Potting Shed had never been dusted or swept before. The shower curtain either had active mold or stained mold. Please replace the shower curtain. The floors were dirty. I could move past that. We were sleeping in the woods. The sweet little window in the loft was lined with dead bugs. The sheets on the bed were not the cleanest. But the hot tub was VERY clean. I was very happy about that. The fire pit and the amount of fire wood available saved the weekend. We were able to enjoy the time spent outside while I cringed a little when having to sleep in the cabin. I do not feel the cleanliness of the cabin was worth the price they charged. Will not be returning.

We stayed at this cabin for a bachelorette party the weekend of 8/10/18. Given the number of ladies, there were some of us that were nervous about the amount of sleeping space there was, especially given some like to sleep in while others wake up early. This was a bunch of grown women, not teenyboppers, so expectations were high.||||Although it was an adventurous ride to get there, we were pleasantly surprised by how well the property was kept, and walking in the cabin to this quaint and cozy space. The kitchen had everything we needed (although the coffee maker was slow to release the coffee into the cup, but nonetheless, it worked). I can't say anything but good things about the cleanliness and the cuteness of the place.||||There were a couple of downsides being that there's only one bathroom (you can only imagine what this means for a large group of women, although we knew that going into it), and our hot water was not working (we didn't bother calling the owners because it wasn't that big of a deal to us). We thought that the location was closer to the caves and winery but it was really about a 40 minute drive. ||||There is no wifi or cellular signal which was really awesome (literal terms)! We disconnected and enjoyed the company of our closest friends. What a great time we had. You must screenshot any directions you are using to go anywhere before you get to the cabin or else you will have to walk to the top of the hill and wait for things to load on your phone. Quite silly actually, but I think that was part of what made our trip so fun...no communication with the outside! ||||Thank you for a lovely stay.

Just got back from a wonderful weekend at the Christmas cabin! This cute little cabin sits in an absolute perfect place! We had 7 people in our group and it was perfect for us! The house is pretty well stocked with all you would need. Sits up the hill from a nice size pond stocked with fish! Owners live on the same property but were very nice. The mattresses could have been better but who cares we were camping... can't wait to go back!!

Moose cabin was cold, but it was in the teens outside while we were there. Not confident AC would be adequate. No chemicals for hot tub, so we couldn't use it except for the first night bc of the strong odor that needed a shock treatment. Only 1 bath is rough for the guests the sleeping quarters accommodate (6-8 adults and 2 kids evidenced by the 3 double beds, double futon, and set of bunk beds). Well stocked except we only had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 person rental Friday-Sunday. There's a hidden dollar game and indoor snowball fight game that are very fun. Games, books, puzzles provided (know that none have all their pieces though). No wifi, Verizon cellular, or data signals on property, but it was nice to unplug with our friends for the weekend. Utilities all worked well. True log cabin: no insulation and floors and walls are about 2" thick so even normal talking can be heard from one room/floor to another. It was a nice stay, but some things I wish we would've known ahead (would've brought warmer clothes, shock treatment, told kids where we were going and how to reach us).

So we rented this cabin over a year ago for my childโ€™s college graduation from Ohio university! We got there and cabin was nice but in some need of some love and upgrading. Due to cold spring night we put on fireplace. After 2 hours just went out for no reason. Only one bathroom but cabin sleeps 12? Really cmon! No cell service within 6 miles so if any issues have to drive 6 miles to call owner. Well next day got the fireplace fixed. Came back after a long day of graduation activities. We had one person go into bathroom and toilet exploded all over floor. Immediately turned off water. Plunger fell apart when we used due to dry rot. Had to get into car drive 6 miles to call owner. Anyway, said plunger there nothing could do. More or less said he would call plumber next day. But he cane down anyway with another plunger which was worse. Had no snake to clear toilet and more or less said sorry canโ€™t do more and left. Never offered any money back or much else. Had no toilet for over 13 hours. Had to use gas station 10 miles. Then told us it was our fault toilet was broken!!! Didnโ€™t offer money or any resolution at all Stay far away from this place!!!
