My wife and I had an awesome time spending the weekend in this cabin with family and friends … We were here in late February.

The cabin was very nice, warm, cozy and comfortable. Despite being a three story log cabin (due to the presence of a finished basement), the temperature was comfortable throughout; especially with the fireplace burning and the ceiling fan recirculating the heat back down to the first floor. The amenities were all perfect, and the hot tub was wonderful. The pool table provided a lot of entertainment as well. The nights were nice and dark and quiet, and conducive to good sleeping.

There were a couple of blemishes in the cabin that we were aware of, and had to take note of them, just to ensure that we were not blamed and charged for them (see photos).

This was our 4th cabin we've rented in the area. Honestly, this time we were quite disappointed with it. The pictures do not show how close this cabin is to the road. That was very disappointing. The hot tub was cold when we arrived as the water had recently been added. The next morning we found out why. The older, run down hot tub leaks. The water level just got lower and lower during our 4 night stay. Nature's Point has been our go to for cabin rentals for years and they have always been great, but this is far from their best cabin in the area. Loud children next door, cars going by each morning, once a siren. The cabin itself is lovely, but If you're looking for a bit of seclusion and peace & quiet, evergreen is not the place! Hocking has much better options out there, keep looking!

A truly gorgeous place to spend time in Hocking Hills. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Easy booking process. The beds are high end and super comfortable, and they have remote controls! 😂 From a traveler journal in the unit, we were able to speculate that the first reservations were March - May 2018. We stayed here in August and thought we might have been the first guests. So clean and gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again!

This owner is a JOKE! We booked this cabin for 6 people. Weeks later got a message saying that she double booked and now we were being told we have to move our reservation. The cabin was open all week and we booked 1 night. I get the feeling she found someone who wanted to book more days so she was kicking our reservation to the curb. Moving our reservation was not possible because we had people coming in from other states for this specific night. We said we wanted a refund so we could find somewhere else, the owner had a major attitude and tried not to give us a refund although it was an issue on her end! Finally, she agreed but it would take 30 days. And she 100% took all 30 days. We didn't get the refund until the 29th day. Never book here.

We stayed at the evergreen cabin, it was absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Thank you for a great time.
