Our daughter-in-law found this gem of a stay last summer. We saw her photos and listened to her description of their stay at The Little B, and suffice to say, we were not only satisfied, but thrilled with the accommodations, and the service from the owner! Not to mention that the location is ideal for biking on the trail - just about 2 blocks! The Little B had everything we needed. We had brought our own cereal for breakfast, but there were some English muffins in the fridge with a note to help ourselves, and some delicious jams and Kerrygold butter (my favorite) to choose from - so we indulged! A more robust tasty treat to start our hiking day at Hocking Hills State Park, which was truly awesome. The entire house is very tastefully decorated, which for me is part of my experience, so the attention to decorating detail, made my stay more enjoyable. The kitchen is great with a coffee bar nook, with nice choices for your morning cup of Joe. Tea is also available. Our suite was very cozy and comfy, and the bathroom was beautiful, with the option of a heated floor! There is even a porch to kick back and relax on, either for breakfast, lunch or imbibe in a Happy Hour with your favorite drink. We are so happy to find this lovely home away from home - we will now be booking a stay whenever our grandson travels from NC to race his motorcycle near Athens - we discovered that The Little B is even closer than the hotel that we have stayed in, and it is soooo much nicer as well! A hat tip to the owners, for creating such a lovely place!

Beautifully decorated, warm and cozy house that makes it feel like home. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There were breakfast items and snacks in the kitchen for the guests. The living room had a beautiful fireplace with plenty of furniture arranged around the fire. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of towels. The beds are super comfy! The house was very clean. I would not hesitate to go back again!

Good location and great setup. Nice furnishings and well stocked with access so you can make coffee or keep snacks in the fridge. I stayed in suite 2, which was spacious with a place to sit comfortably and the bedroom. Very clean. Quiet at night. Highly recommend. The owner, Miki, is easily reached and very responsive.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights to bike ride and visit Athens. We loved our stay mostly because of the quiet town and the atmosphere of the suite/house itself. We had entire home to ourselves due to COVID, which is usually our preference when lodging. Would definitely stay again if we were able to be only guests, as the common areas for all guests were the best part, we just enjoy whole house rentals. Clean, with a great bathroom and a great little porch with a view of the ever adorable and chill Nelsonville. I worked in the lodging/hospitality industry for 20 years, so finding a spot that checks all my boxes can be difficult, and we were most pleased with this one.||Looking forward to returning. ||Angela

I was very impressed with coziness and quality of the Little B. We stayed in the larger suite which had a nice sitting room between the bedrooms adding privacy to each room. Common spaces were also welcoming, we sat on the side/kitchen porch and enjoyed coffee. Very enjoyable!

Miki is a generous, gracious host, creating a comfortable, clean, safe and homey space. Her vision for the renovation of this architectural beauty is modern, while capturing the charming, quaint appeal of its history. Our overnight stay, while traveling south for vacation, was enhanced by the delicious selection of restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the access to the kitchen, with the coffee / tea selection provided, made our breakfast feel like we were in our own home. Thank you!!

We stayed one night and loved it. The decor is out of a magazine. Spotless. Comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. Our suite 3 had two bedrooms, a sitting room, 2 TVs and a beautiful marble bathroom. Snacks, baked goods and coffee in the kitchen for your pleasure. ||Ate at Rhapsody a block away. Great food and live music! The town does not have much else to offer though. Hiking was great, but the two hour scenic train ride was an hour and a half too long. ||Can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple nights in April. Because of Covid, only one party is allowed into the inn so we felt very safe and fortunate to have such a nice home to ourselves. You may choose the suite you would like to stay in and everything was clean and decorated nicely. We brought our bikes and road the bike path that starts about three blocks from the home. We also took a short drive up to Hocking Hills State Park to hike their beautiful trails. Do get a good look at the home on its website so you recognize it as there is no sign or address numbers visible from the road.
