Terrible management!! We booked for a week. Grass was knee high, couldn’t leave the driveway, and the driveway was a 2 track not maintained. House has so much potential. Pool was greener than a swamp, half full, bowed out, and nails that hold railings sticking out. Hot tub was full of dead stuff, non working. No chemicals or supplies. Deck was a death trap. We had to do 5 loads of laundry from previous renters to just make beds. Frig was filthy as were counters. Lower bedroom was moldy, causing asthma attacks. Only good thing was the closeness to Hocking Hills. I would never refer Connor ( management) and his team or his properties to anyone!

We have stayed at Liberty Lodge 4 years in a row. We have 5 families that go for an annual "Friendsgiving" a total of 21 between adults and kids. We love the house set up, land and garage. House is fully stocked with supplies and towels. All you have to do is show up and you will have a great vacation.

So so disappointing when we book for the amenities. We had several from our party cancel, we got there, no code to get in for hours..
GPS takes you to Serenity lodge which is way nicer! No sign at bottom of driveway.
Driveway is falling apart with sink hole too!
We were thankful the party before us left an unlocked door.
Pool was green and probably not repairable with the pump not working right.
Hot tub was moldy and full of bugs.
Deck was so unsafe and lifted in many spots. Awning was molded and dry rotted wood.
Grass was not mowed and knee high, we couldn't even use the firepit.
Snakes, spiders, & bees all around the property due to no upkeep.
Middle garage door was broke to the game room also.
Front steps to front door the bricks were a trip hazzard and broken!
Side deck door had this awesome swing, but was hard to enjoy with overgrown bush's covering porch.
Now to the Inside of the house. We walked into a dirty kitchen with dishes in the sink, plus a full, stinky dirty dishwasher not run before new guests. Only a few rolls of paper towels and zero cleaning supplies. (Thank Goodness We Brought Our Own)
Many unworking cupboard drawers or cabinets without facing.
Poker room had a very gross dirty fridge too.
Washer and dryer were full of others dirty clothes, and a laundry basket was also full. Disgusting touching others DNA.
Connor and his so called out of the country team lied saying he had a lawn service coming, then a maid to check the beds and towel situations by 10:30 the next day.
No one would answer our calls or texts.
We weren't asking for much, but when my parents were charged $6700 to have a nice vacation for the family it turned into an ugly one to say the least.
Zero chance for a refund or phone calls back!
The basement had no proper working lights and smelled of mold and dampness.
There were so many tiny doors opened or just had a piece of plastic on them, like they were trying to make a crawl through maze. Some had locks! So sad and dangerous for little kids.
There were tvs in every room but majority of them didn't work.
Wifi stunk and only worked in kitchen!
Air did work pretty good for the size of the house.
Rooms were pretty spacious but got toasty with doors closed upstairs.
Main master bedroom bathroom was absolutely beautiful.
There was soap & shampoo dispensers in each shower but didn't work properly.
The coffee bar was nice but not fully stocked, and water dispenser didn't work or have extra water. We had to walk from kitchen to coffee bar to fill pots or keurigs.
I would never rent from Connor again or go back to this location until they upgraded everything. Not worth the money.
Electric box's open without cover in hallway.
Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, and plastic or paperwear for kitchen too.
Oh ya if you want good coffee, cream and sugar... Bring that too!
Only positive thing was it was close to Hocking Hills.
My parents deserve to be compensated and this listed property needs to be taken off airbnb, and vrbo, and any other listing.
OVER PRICED GLAMPING AT HOCKING HILLS!

Was in town for a family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. What an awesome space with a ton to do at the house. We took full advantage of karaoke, ping pong, foosball, billiards, fire pit and basketball hope. This place has it all. House is dated but a fun time had by all this weekend!

No sign at driveway that says Liberty Lodge, gps goes past it. Perfect location to visit Hocking Hills which is the only positive thing I can say..We went on a muli-family vacation with 16, 3 are kids and the place is terrible, dangerous, a health hazard, dirty and gross. The manage department, Collin, lies and probably never saw this place. Ammenities, well the is pool green with no water and still running the pump out, hot tub was open, filled with black water and tons of leaves, grass not cut, 4 doors missing on cupboards and drawers in kitchen, dirty dishes still in dish washer, from who knows how long. Towels left in washer damp and very sour. Kitchen counters dirty, beds not made.. downstairs bedroom filled with mold, smells bad. Alot of bunk beds over any adult size beds. All refrigerators dirty!! With charging my 80 YEAR OLD PARENTS, $6,700.00 for 5 nights and property mgr wouldn't come look at anything, kept lying saying coming to clean after all of us there and didn't. We cleaned, washed all towels and bedding, dishes and couldn't even have a bonfire, GRASS TOO HIGH with ticks, nor use pool or hot tub and didn't care or will refund anything.. poor management!! House is spacious, great game room if air hockey worked, had any pool sticks and garage doors didn't work with electric so tried to release with cord (dry rotted) broke, husband fell and probably broke left hand, is at doctors Now!
Very sad, could have been a great place if just taken care of. Don't suggest it at all!!

We truly had a 5-star experience at the Liberty Lodge this past Friday and Saturday (March 18th and 19th). The property was in pristine condition and all amenities worked very well. There were many high points such as the bedrooms being very roomy the property easily fit our group of 11 people. We expected a total of 18 people but since it was a group of doctors in training (residents) some had other last minute obligations. We used the karaoke machine which was in very good working order with an ample supply of karaoke CDs. There was room for larger groups to get together for meals as well as room for smaller group functions such as board games. The game room offered a variety of activities such as pool and ping pong which we took advantage of. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sitting around the fire in the evenings were a great way to have some meaningful discussions. The numerous TVs in nearly every room was a nice way to keep up with sporting events such as the NCAA basketball tournaments. The kitchen was large with an attached bar area that we used for casual conversation. The location was great as it was a short ride to many hiking areas. Wish we had time to play volleyball or throw horseshoes. We were able to connect with Bryce several times by phone and texts and he was always very helpful. Thanks and highly recommend this property to others for a great experience and chance to see Hocking Hills.

Had a great time at Liberty Lodge. The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. The house is so much bigger and larger and really laid out with plenty of room. They have great amenities, and everything you need for a great stay. Chris was great to work with, and easy to get of hold of and had the lines of communication always open if I had any questions/concerns. Will definitely recommend Liberty Lodge to family and friends.

Chris at Majestic Vacation Homes allowed me and my bride to have an amazingly beautiful little wedding at an unbeatable value.||We rented Liberty Lodge in Hocking Hills and were married 10 minutes away at Ash Cave. We took pictures at 2 of the other scenic waterfall locations in the immediate 10 minute area and had the reception at the lodge; which sleeps 27. Everything was perfect and Chris is the most laid back and accommodating person I've EVER dealt with professionally. Both my, and my wife's family were so impressed by the lodge, the management, and the value that they're already making plans to vacation here in the near future for Christmas.||I never write reviews, but I was compelled to do Majestic Vacation Homes justice, they rocked!
