Room was clean and no stains or anything on the beds, and the A/C heat worked good, shower was actually hot and relaxing. Disappointed they got rid of the hot tub used to come here all the time as a kid, overall very decent stay only thing that wasn’t good was the breakfast besides the waffles, staff was friendly. Will definitely be coming back

Budget hotel that is easy to access from the highway and is relatively clean and people were friendly. Shower was nice. We stayed two separate nights in two different rooms. Both rooms had stained and broken furniture and leftover items from earlier guests that had not been removed. Upon entry, rooms were very cold since heaters were off and it took a while to get rooms to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was mediocre and for namesake only.

The hotel was very dirty. For dinner desk cleark dresses inappropriately. Her belly and boob's were exposed. They pool was disgusting. So dirty you couldn't see the bottom. The back parking lot had 3 cars with people sitting in them smoking pot. Everything there seemed in need of repair or replacing. We only stayed there because nothing else was available due to the soccer and air force conventions being held. Our trip was due to a funeral service for a family member. Would never recommend or stay there again. Trip Advisor needs to remove this from recommend hotels. Didn't give me a good feeling about your recommendations.

my stay at Baymont Wyndham suites 8110 old Troy Pike Huber Heights Ohio. I recently booked a stay through Booking.com and when I checked in I spoke with a gentleman at the front desk as I was making the reservation. I admittedly was rushing and clicked two rooms which defaulted to two adults one per each room. I was not aware at the time that this happened. Nor did The front desk clerk realize that. I had a conversation with the gentleman while checking in. I told him I had five girls I was there for her birthday we were having a party. we wanted to know when the pool was available what were the hours. It was not till the morning did I realizeI was checked in apparently under the two adults one per each room with no children being added. That next morning Shyanna who was working the front desk; barged into the pool room and blurted out “what room are you staying in?” I told her my room numbers she looked at me and then announced “they can’t be swimming”. I was confused and I asked why? she stated then at that point that I had checked in for two rooms, two adult, one adult per room. I felt she was accusing me of lying the way that she said it. Like I had snuck children to swim in this pool. She asked did my children stay the night? And informed me it was going to cost me extra for them to be swimming. I told her that I had expressed this to the front desk employee he knew I had these children why did he not double check or help me correct my booking reservation for the room, and add my children? I was being Punished for his error. She was very rude the whole entire time. I definitely felt attacked. her tone was very condescending. I told her don’t worry about it actually we don’t need to swim in your pool, we’ll go ahead and leave we’re checking out at 11. This was at 10 AM, we packed our bags and we were gone from the hotel by 1058. when I got home the next day And checked my account. I saw that I had extra charges for 200 and the other was 50. When I called to speak To someone about it. Shyanna answered the phone. She told me that I had smoked in the room. It smelled of smoke, I had a high fragrance candle from white barn that I burned in the room because the room reeked of cigarettes. I asked for proof of the said smoking that I was being charged for. Then the charge for $50 was for strawberry stains on a sheet. Yes my 10 month old ate a strawberry on the bed and before we could get her hands clean she printed strawberry juice on the sheet. I know strawberry washes out in the laundry. I feel these charges applied to my account were out of spite because I informed her how unprofessional she was and how rude and petty it was that she approached me and my children in the manner that she did. When I called this morning to get a manager‘s information and owners name to know who I would need to call to talk to you about this situation. I was told that the manager was not there. Shyanna couldn’t tell me who the manager is she couldn’t tell me if the hotel was owned by Baymont Wyndham suites company. she couldn’t give me a phone number or even a time or a day that a manager would be present in the hotel. I got given this email, so I’m emailing this information and I’m requesting a complete refund for my stay. I’ve never been so rudely treated or disrespected by any hotel staff member. I’m not a smoker. I burned a candle admittedly and told her that I burned a very fragrant perfume candle. I am pretty sure you’re allowed to burn candles in a hotel at least.

Nice place to bed down for the night : clean comfortable beds; clean rooms;clean bathrooms-which included such thoughtful amenities as shampoo, conditioner,and body wash dispensers-;a modern, up-to-date,digitally-controlled heating and cooling system; a Waffle House next door;a Speedway convenience store next door,and shuttle service. All this- at a very affordable price of $80 per night - should accommodate most budgets comfortably. I found my stay here to be most pleasant and found Babu-the man behind the desk- to be pleasant and polite. Should I find myself in the Dayton area again,I will visit this hotel again.

Run down hotel. Side door to the outside doesn't close properly. Dirty room. Stained and dirty carpet. Hair on towel. Breakfast was mediocre. No hot food, except biscuits. The only nice things are staffs who work there.

Returned for a second stay and confirm my earlier evaluation. Clean and comfortable. Spotless bath and bedding. Staff friendly and attentive. No demerits. Can not agree with prior criticisms other than swimming pool is under repair and therefore closed.

Honestly, My stay could have been worse, I will say that much but I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms were decent but the beds were a different story, There were yellow stains everywhere on the sheets and blankets. The bathroom was nice but there was a used toilet paper roll left in there, Not very clean. The fridge in my room smelt off, A sour kind of smell. Breakfast was good, The usual stuff was there, Most of the food tasted good but the eggs looked like brain and taste like it too. The pool was clean and kept nice. The staff were not as nice though, I got many dirty looks. One of the staff members blow smoke at me when I was grabbing breakfast with my sister. The Elevator was definitely old and not safe, It felt like it was shaking as I went up, It was made of wood.
