Ordered a veggie sub and a turkey salad no salad received. The sub sandwich was so soggy and had so much mayo on it. As many times me and my husband has ordered food we have never received food like this !

Someone stole my order and I'm told nothing can be done. Then I had to ask for manager. Like this is ridiculous. This is why I rarely come to your restaurant. Always something wrong.
You need to fix it where people can't steal. The customer should not be told. Sorry your order gone nothing we can do.
Luckily I threw a fit. How many others got no food because we are told sorry.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. The quality of the food has gotten horrible. The young kids that work on afternoon shift just don't care. We have had so many orders that was wrong. The food is expensive to get poor quality of food. Need to take your day manager and let her work with them. Best service and food we received that was good she was working. We have decided to stop eating there until you care enough to fix problems.

Great subs! This is our go to place for brisket sub & steamboat sub fixes. We've been craving them on a regular basis, nevertheless resisting the urge often to drop in our favorite sub restaurant. The staff get it right every time we visit.

Loved the sandwiches they had. Yummy. Reasonable on prices. Sweet tea was great. Sandwich maker was super great, but tall cashier was the only downer. 1st time in, and will go back.

Went in 8:21pm. 4 people ahead of me. Placed order. Everyone got their food and left. Suddenly one sandwich making worker disappeared to the back while the other 2 and cashier swept and cleaned up behind the counter. 8:37pm two young ladies entered to pickup online orders. 8:43 another young lady enters and places an order and gets her order at 8:47pm. I threw my hands in the air in frustration since I had been there 25 mins prompting a "What did you order?" From apparently the person in charge. They all acted confused.. like you haven't walked by half a dozen times or more and seen me sitting waiting. Not once did you ask "Sir what did you order?,," or maybe "Sir can I help you?"

Hadn't had Firehouse in 3 yrs. Super excited cuz I love the food. Super disappointed. I guess if you're an attractive female you get your food but if you're a guy they could care less. I asked for a refund and left. You can't apologize when you walked by and looked at me knowing I was waiting and basically refused to make my food.

I should say the place was pathetically dirty. I'm sure they were busy but the floor was disgusting. Young man dropped rag on the floor then picked it up and started wiping tables down.

Ordered steak and cheese. Received I guess it’s just plan turkey. Did not have time to take it back. No refund unless you take back sandwich. Guess I was supposed to starve!!! Definitely not steak and cheese!!!!

You could bake your own bread and raise your own pig faster than these guys can make a sandwich. The slowest place imaginable.
