Overall the hotel was great and we’d return again. I was a tiny bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but I can now attest that they were not accurate. Every staff we interacted with was kind, smiled at us, asked if we were okay etc. the breakfast was alright, could definitely use some more fresh fruit and maybe yogurt but we were all happy with the choices and we understand it’s not the individual hotel that picks choices! The beds were comfy, we did have a purple stain on one of the comforters but our kids used other sheets. Pillows were pretty cozy! We loved that room was able to have AC and be super chilly as we love it being cold versus hot. For some reason I read in previous reviews about the tv, I posted a picture to show others THE TV PULLS OUT and moves to whichever you’re facing if you’re on the couch or bed! Not sure why there’d be any issues with that though besides maybe lacking common sense! The only other gripe is the cleaning of the room, overall it was clean! It just needs a little more attention and time which we know that it’s a rushed process to get in and turn them around. We found a toenail and dog food randomly around the room and then hair in the bathroom is my biggest pet peeve so that was not fun but we picked it up and was fine. The pools was smaller and was crowded with 2/3 families, was a bit chiller than we expected but the kids absolutely loved that the most! We loved the location, you’re super close to restaurants and we were only 10-15 min from the Air Force Museum which was great. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay, we’ll be back!

Booked here on our way back home for 1 night. After checking in, we went to our hotel room. As soon as we opened the door and went inside the room, the room smelled like somebody was smoking cigarettes. The front desk reassigned us a new room, but I’m disappointed the maids did not smell the cigarette smell and notify management. The new room was great, smelled clean. Only other complaint is people were yelling in the halls at 11pm at night. Doors were being slammed with a dog barking. Despite the cigarette smell and noise, this hotel is okay.

Jeff at the front desk went above and beyond. My son left his ear buds in the room. He didn't realize it until a couple hours after we checked out. When we went back Jeff let us in and my son found his ear buds under the ironing board. It is great to see nice people who enjoy their job.

Every single employee here was rude to us the entire stay except for one and then she ended up getting in trouble for helping us and we didn't see her again. The room was nice, but the tv was in a really ignorant place and the fridge was as useful as a cheap cooler with no ice. They have a shoes on policy in the lobby, they enforced this on my 1 year old. Fine, be picky, whatever. The pool is not heated, the room where the pool is was much warmer than the pool itself, not one single heater was pushing warm water back in. We rebooked after a 2 day stay and called down to let them know and they were lenient on the timing the third day, just told us whenever we went to leave to stop by the desk. The fourth day, we rebooked again, and as I stepped off the elevator to the first floor to go to the desk to sign the papers, the manager stopped me and with every bit of attitude she had asked if we rebooked again, I said yes and before I could continue to tell her that's where I was headed, she rudely interrupted and pointed behind her to the desk & stated i needed to let them know. Just disrespectful for no good reason, and we still had over an hour before checkout anyway. Day five, we rebook again, but had a meeting, so about 10 minutes after 12, the woman comes beating on the door like freaking SWAT screaming "MANAGEMENT, ITS 12:15 YOU NEED TO GO, CHECKOUT WAS 15 MINUTES AGO!" My husband calmly opened the door, let her know we rebooked and then tried to explain that we had a work meeting and that we were about to leave anyway, but again, she rudely interrupted and told him we had 10 minutes to get down there and confirm the booking. He slammed the door in her face, turned to me & said "alright I've had enough, let's go." Even checking in and out at the desks, asking for things, purchasing, didnt matter what it was, everyone was rude. Every single one of them. I never got the name of the one girl who was nice to us, and actually smiled, but i hope she didn't get fired over the mishap, as we returned the quarters she thought she sold us. Usually, once we're at a hotel like that and get to the day by day booking, the desk people and management catch on and they'll provide us an easy system, or simply wait for us to leave for the day and have us handle everything on the way out. Also, if your a local here and your ID shows a Dayton address, there's a $250 locals deposit, i suppose they get a lot of crap from people around, but still no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to guests when they're representing a Marriott hotel, which is considerably a higher end hotel chain and we pay the higher prices for the better service. For lack of better words, we quite literally feel bullied from these people lol they were just so so so disrespectful & we're very respectful guests & Marriott members, so we were just absolutely appalled.

This is my home away from home when traveling for work in the area. Jessica and Melissa at the front desk provide great service. The firepit outside is very nice in both winter and summer. The rooms are always very clean.

Nice hotel clean for the most part. Towels weren’t the whitest so minus 1 star. Tv position was weird but ok. Front desk lady was cool. Housekeeping manager was super rude had an attitude. I had a late check out, this woman knocks on my door 8 in the morning “trying to see” if I checked out. Attitude in her face and voice. She messed up my sleep schedule so I checked out 1 hour later than expected. She came to my door again with even more attitude. But I was already packed up and walking out so I didn’t even entertain her rude shenanigans. She missed out on a tip. Anyways, I’d recommend this hotel. Lots of food nearby and close to the airport.

Very clean, simple but good breakfast, nice bar, nice rooms with good space, and food amenities. Great location near food, gas, and shops. Very safe. Easy check in and out.

I was in a king room had to come for the weekend there was no house keeping I had to do things on my own I was told house keeping comes every 3 dayse unless I requested it. Other then that it was somewhat okay they do have heavy doors and you constantly hear the slamming. I wouldn’t recommend this if you just wanted a get away night this is for the sneak and geeks
