This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my whole entire life. I was better off sleeping in my car. They put me in a smoking room when it was not even disclosed on the website when I was booking. I only “slept” there for 4 hours but left reeking of cigarette smoke. Pillows and sheets were stained brown, as well as all towels. Floors, counters, and bathroom was all dirty. A family of roaches could have kept this room cleaner. The Waffle House bathroom next door is a better option to sleep at than this nasty cigarette kozy inn.

Rooms are overpriced and you now have to pay a deposit for your room. Once you turn your keys in the desk clerk will go check your room and if everything's in good order they will refund your deposit. I didn't see any bed bugs or roaches in my room but it didn't look very clean though. This place was nice when it 1st opened but not so nice these days! The location is convenient, as it's close to the freeway.

The absolute NASTIEST place ive ever seen! Bathroom was full of mold, bathtub was so dirty and full of nasty hair, & the beds were like sleeping on a box spring! When letting the guy at the desk know he just didn't care! Please drive a couple more minutes and get something better!!!!

I use book it app to reserve the room. Upon my arrival, when I gave my information, it was as if I just walked in off the streets. So once I went back over my needs for the room. I used cash therefore it was a $25 deposit. Which was totally okay, I get my room key, enter the room, there was holes in the blanket and chairs. It was very outdated and dirty. I took pictures of the room right away. Even the coffee maker was not worth touching. I had to go spend money to make it comfortable to stay overnight. In the morning when getting the deposit back, I told the man at front desk, I had pictures of the room, he quickly handed over the cash. And turned his back to me. Next time I will spend 30 more bucks for a better hotel. I didn't see bedbugs, but it would not surprise me to learn they have them.

Stayed for 3 days had no choice after applying at a job in the area. I found bed bugs, fleas and roaches. Highly allergic to the bites, they need to shut down and do a proper cleaning with heat treatment. I know that this post is not gonna help the business, but maybe motivate them to spray for bugs. Cleaning service never knocks before entering, and only checked room one time whole time I was there, never changed bed sheets just swept the floor and cleaned trash then left.

Everything was great. Our smoke alarms went off for no reason during the night then we heard stomping up above us our first night. When we first got into our room it looked it be a mustard stain and a cigarette burn hole in the covers and looked to be blood stains oh the shower curtain. But other then all of that the people were nice and room was really nice.

The very worst experience of customer service from a hotel I have ever had. First they refused to allow a service dog on the property, they harassed the people we were trying to get to dog sit for us, we were kicked out because "There are 3 people in the room and we were not allowed visitors.", we saw 2 cockroaches, the drain in the tub was so slow that after a 15 minute shower the water was up to my ankles, and the towel rack was all but falling off the wall. You would be just as good going to an abandoned house.
