I booked a room for my sister and her husband as a romantic getaway. From the moment they checked in with Greg, they said he was fantastic! When they arrived to their suite they were immediately impressed by how spacious and clean the room was. After getting settled they ventured to the onsite restaurant and was immediately greeted by Laura who provided exceptional service. They both ordered steak and was blown away by the quality of cuisine. All in all they said their stay was magical and will be coming back for sure

We were here for a meeting so I can't speak for the overnight rooms. Nevertheless, their meeting rooms are nice, and they set them up to accommodate work stations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They kept so much food throughout the day that I couldn't eat dinner.

I would definitely recommend anyone to set up a meeting here if you need a location to accommodate up to 500 people. They could probably accommodate more, but that was about the size of our group.

This hotel meets basic needs and does not provide above-average value. No safe in rooms. Heating system very loud. Comfy bed. Great staff. Bar rarely open. Wifi in meeting rooms is terrible. TV has poor channel selection, no netflix connection (which usually solves the problem). Cheap shower head. Worn-out towels. Good parking space.

I stayed 2 nights here and found it to be absolutely lovely.. the room and guest service were exactly what IHG properties strive for. I do about 70 nights per year in various IHG properties across the US and Canada and by far one of the best. The room was clean, checking in was a breeze, the few times I interacted with desk agents was pleasant, friendly, and professional.
The hotel is complimented by Johnny's Italian Steakhouse. The filet is cooked perfectly and I highly recommend it.. the price is reasonable for what you get and you get quite a bit. You're going pay more than at a Texas Roadhouse, but you get a better product and it's worth the extra. The service is top notch but isn't over bearing which is, to me, perfect.

For the price and previous experiences with this chain i expected a lot more. Rooms weren’t dirty but they weren’t really freshly cleaned either. Breakfast was gross just flat out. Nothing my 8 year old would eat at all, Quaker oatmeal with heated water was about all i could call edible food there. Pool never had towels, even tho front desk swore they did. The cleaning crew i crossed paths with were very nice. Pool bathroom didn’t work, neither did the shower in there.

When choosing this hotel, I didn't have high expectations at first, and after staying here, it met my expectations. In terms of hygiene, the cleaning staff cleaned every day. There were no stains on the floor or tabletop, and the bathroom was cleaned passably and acceptable. Although the facilities weren't brand new and high-end, the TV and air conditioner worked normally without any problems during use. It's reasonable in terms of cost-performance ratio.

The room cleanliness was very bad overall. The carpets are old and rusty, hole visible. The bathroom was never clean completely. Pink dust was visible in the corners. Room service was never available during the 10 days I stayed and the restaurant was closed must of the time. So you need to get food from outside.

I had spent 2 weeks at this hotel. I satisfied with hotel's amenities and location and recognition for IHG rewards club members. The service provided from employees was great to stay the hotel. And the experience will be recommendable for someone who is intrested in this hotel. Thanks
