I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The common areas were kept clean and tidy, and the included breakfast exceeded my expectations: varied, fresh, and well-organized.||What I liked most was the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely return on my next visit. Highly recommended!

I booked a two night stay at this hotel. I should have already stayed clear based on now reading the reviews. Upon walking in, the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, even though there is a sign at the front desk that advises, no smoking. The front desk representative on duty was not the friendliest. She was on the phone in the back when I walked in so her the conversation was cut short. She did not seem like she wanted to be there. I don’t even recall her saying, hello, or a welcome. The walls there in the lobby had what appeared to be water damage as well as the ceiling tiles. Once receiving the room key, getting on the elevator had me uneasy as it looked questionable. Then to my surprise when entering the hotel room, the window was dirty, the bed comforter had a stain on it, in the toilet had particles of poop in it, hair in the bathtub, and something splattered on the back of the door. I felt immediately grossed out and decided I was not going to stay here. I went back down to the lobby and another couple was being checked in, once they were done, the front desk representative waved her hand to collect the card and asked what was wrong. I told her and said I did not feel comfortable staying here and would go somewhere else. She advised since I booked through Expedia that I may not get a refund. However you could not even pay me to stay at this hotel at any point. I was checked in and out within 10/15 minutes. I contacted Expedia and they attempted to contact the hotel several times to obtain a refund but of course there was no response. Now I am out of $200 for not staying somewhere that was completely gross and unsafe. Truly disappointing! Please, please, please read reviews and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do the right thing, give me a refund for the amount I paid for the hotel stay!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at a combination of lazy staff staff. You can't even find for two hours and drugs and paraphernalia being found in my room where my kid could've easily touched it or me or anyone in my family and overdose or died, the hotel refused to give a refund after only being in the room for about an hour nothing in the room was touched immediately. After finding the drugs we tried to let the front desk know called several times with no answer to the front desk went down to the front desk. The lady was never there. There was even people in line waiting to check in with no one at the front desk. Finally, we found the lady and she came up to the room and seen the drugs and paraphernalia herself and said oh well that's normal. You can just check out if you don't like it. That was very appalling considering we just paid for a room and all she's telling us to do is check out with no refund and the drugs seemed like not an issue to her. It was a prepaid reservation in the website that I used is called super do not use them either. They wouldn't refund until the hotel would approve the refund which days later they still haven't it left me my wife and my kids sleeping in our car for the night. This was beyond pathetic and horrible. I wasn't offered a new room and I wasn't given a refund. I was told I can check out if I don't like it. That's all all time lol to tell me if I don't like drugs around my kids, I could just leave. Also we couldn't buy from the vending area unless we had cash because she did not want to run a credit card because she said she has had a bad day and didn't feel like it. I would recommend staying somewhere different somewhere like next-door comfort suites they are way better. I wish I would have booked there.

Well stayed 3 times here in a month for work.
No apple juice.
Now no orange juice
Dirty towels(will post pictures later today)
Seems like after telling front desk several times they might get some simple juice in within 3 weeks.
While general staff is good I think issues are with owner/operator of hotel.
Heard and seen people was put in rooms with cables tore out of TV’s, and now bed bugs.
If an establishment cannot or will not get in simple items such as orange juice and apple juice then they really do not care about there customers.
But the dirty towels in shower was last straw. Major chains need to oversea franchises better. There name is only as good as people below them and hate to say it most aren’t even from this country and basically do not care.
Also had do not disturb sign on door and a hand written note not to turn down room. And yet they entered anyway. Nothing to hide but I use a in room camera to watch room while out for day to work. And even with video showing hotel staff entering room making bed they still say no one did.

We got a good deal on the room. Front desk people were very nice. Our two rooms were dirty. I got a toilet brush from the maid and cleaned the toilet myself. She couldn't speak English so I couldn't talk much. Both rooms had dirty bathrooms.

First, we walked in looked to our right to see water damage all over the walls, a horrible smell, and multiple people smoking in the lobby/ dinning area. One of which I believe was a worker.

Then we headed to an elevator which is extremely outdated and came with a horrible smell.

The hallway on the second floor consisted of water damaged ceiling panels, a white powder coating on the wall, not to mention the horrible smell of cigarettes, needless to say…. Did not smell like rainbows and sunshine.

Just when we thought it wouldn’t get any worse, we got to our room. The curtains covered in yellow/orange stains, our pillows having a black/ mold look to them, the dressers were covered in scratches. The bedding had black speckles which immediately I said no, not knowing what it was but not willing to get closer. The bedding was put on inside out, which grossed me out even more.

The toilet didn’t even flush properly, the mirror was nice tho, probably the nicest thing that hotel has.

We were there for less than 25 minutes, not to mention this is a NON-REFUNDABLE HOTEL. I had to contact customer service and file a claim and is still waiting to receive a refund.

Overall DON’T RISK THE MONEY.
Not worth the risk of getting sick.

Amazing room super kind and helpful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. There is a pool but I didn’t have time to use it and they have complementary lemon water for guest to enjoy. Check in and check out was supper easy as well.
