I’ve been here since July and the staff and rooms have been excellent. The location is a major reason I chose Woodland Suites. I love Grove City and did not want to leave it. The services that are available are top notch, the washers and dryers are very convenient and inexpensive

This hotel is amazing been staying here for a while absolutely love the staff Ray and his team is amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. It has a full kitchen and stove so it's like your at home. Rays staff is amazing they take amazing care of their guest and anything you need they go out their way to get it.

My wife and I stayed here for a month and a half. The front staff Jamal always had a smile on his face was very polite went out of his way to make her stay wonderful. Housekeeping always had it smelling amazing in there. They made Sure, we had everything we needed for our stay. The Manager was amazing. We were supposed to stay longer so we paid in advance, but we had to check out because of work ending. He made sure we had everything that we needed. At Check out. The security there is amazing always felt safe. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody. It’s like staying at your grandma‘s house back in the day. You feel comfortable safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

I woke up on Thanksgiving to the security guard fighting the police with his uniform still on. My kids were terrified. I have stayed here a few times and there is always a problem the fire alarm goes off for 10 minutes waking up my kids every time when i go to the office during overnight NOONE is ever there. Also when I call for towels the guy answers the phone half sleeping and then takes what seems to be forever to come to the office. not sure what they having going on there but after waking up seeing security for the hotel fighting the police just be safe and pick another hotel.

My family & I stayed here for 10 days for an event. We had 2 rooms between us, and while we had a very minor issue in one room, the staff remedied it quickly and with excellent customer service. Everyone was incredibly nice, courteous, etc, and the rooms were comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean & everything worked well, coffee in the lobby was a nice touch (and there all day!), and it was great access easy on-off the highway to get around the Columbus area. Definitely more of a long-term stay place, but we did not feel out of place being there "only" 10 days; the other guests were all very pleasant & nice. We'd stay here again if in the area.

The only available elevator was down while we were there which makes handicap access to upper levels impossible. I'm not sure if they have a spare/emergency elevator but I didn't notice one. I find this to be very disturbing.

Staff is excellent and Larry at front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. Great location on bus line and near freeway.
