Check in was easy. But the tv wouldn’t work. Tried calling down to front desk and the phone wouldn’t work. So I went to front desk and told them the issue. They did offer to switch rooms. However, we were already settled in. So he said to give it a couple minutes and it will be on.
During check out, I informed front desk that the tv never did work. His response was that I should have told him.

We always get a good nights sleep here, however, we had a jacuzzi room and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill the tub. I waited 2 hours and finally went to the front desk, then they went and turned up the boiler, finally got a bath at 10:30pm. Other than that it’s a good place to lay your head.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, Hot and cold water dispenser available 24/7, room was clean and updated, bed comfortable, Negative: needs updating in corridors and bathroom - toilet seat needs repacing - easy fixes, filters on AC/Heater need attention - ours were SO covered with years of dirt that we actually took them out, Easy mainenance items, just need to be done.

This hotel is a little older and not as well kept as other Quality Inns we've stayed in. Breakfast is pretty consistent, and we can always find something we like. My husband loves the waffles.

James is an all star and this hotel is lucky to have him.

I made a reservation , got stuck in the snow a few hours away. Long story short, James was a huge help.

I stayed in 308 on the night of Jan 3rd ( under a dif name). I'm still here. The room is clean, and I don't even care what the amenities are downstairs tomorrow morning, I'm just thankful I chose a place where James was running the show. Thank you sir.

James, the desk clerk was great. Got us into our room quickly. Even offered a discount. Not a flashey place, but perfect for stopping along I80. Good value.

Comfortable and quiet. A short distance to eateries and shopping. Staff was professional but did not point out any amenities available. The continental breakfast was minimal, but how can you complain about free? You did get a choice of breakfast sandwiches you could microwave or make waffles if you wanted a hot breakfast.

Positive: I overall like this hotel. I rent here every time I come to this part of Ohio. Peacefull. Negative: I got stuck in the elevator but they got me out relatively quick; thank goodness I didn't have to use the restroom.
