I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. What truly set this place apart, however, was the exceptional service from the manager. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel like a valued guest. I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Oakley, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in a breeze. The lobby had a modern, cozy feel, and I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like the fridge and microwave in the room, which made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Hartwell, Cincinnati, OH. The front desk service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

The management team was also top-notch, demonstrating a clear commitment to customer satisfaction.

But what really stood out was the breakfast - the selection was impressive, and the food was fresh and delicious.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Cincinnati. Keep up the fantastic work!

Lovely new hotel. Lobby is great. Location is great. Rooms are minimalist but fine - lack a full-length mirror, an outlet accessible on both sides of the bed, and a modern outlet by the desk. We stayed over a holiday (3 nights), so no room service was fine if it means staff got holiday time off, but would have been nice to have been advised or asked if we needed.

Breakfast was severely under stocked, despite not being overcrowded and not near the end of service. Not much hot offering to begin with, but at least one of two offerings was empty all 3 mornings.

We arrived at this hotel on 2/14/2025 for a stay of two days. Our first day of arrival as we were preparing for bed, when I sprayed the bed with spray after a couple of minutes we found some little bugs on our sheets.. We magnified the image and were grossed out of the findings. We reached out to the wonderful employee at the front desk and we were moved immediately to another room. It was not the King room that we originally booked, but at 9:30pm at night anything was doable. As we moved rooms and turned on the television to room 311 it looked as though the picture tube is going out in the television. We called back down to the front desk and she informed us that we had to wait a few minutes and the television will eventually come clear. This is yet another inconvenience. ||The following morning we went and spoke to the GM of the hotel and he informed my husband and I that he would look into the issue and we never heard back from him. I emailed him as well twice and no reply back. ||This is NOT how you run a NEW hotel.||We travel a lot, but have NEVER had this experience!

Nice hotel, good value. Great to have a electric car chargers. It is listed a super charger. It is not at all. They charge at about 9kw. Need to leave car parked overnight for a full charge.There were also multiple ICE vehicles parked in the charging spots overnight. Still very great to have!

Great new hotel surrounded by shops and restaurants. We booked a group for our wedding guests and Michele was very communicative and easy to work with. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful as well.
