Mamma D's is awesome. One of if not thee top Italian food is Dayton. The dining area is small, so waits can be long. Reservation is definitely recommended! Food is excellent. Pick anything on the menu and you won't be disappointed. Wife and I always get a glass or two of the red sangria, a lemonchello shot, fried calamari appetizer and your choice of dinner entree.

Mama DiSalvos; The place is simply elegant. It's located in a relaxing, and warm suburban neighborhood, and the initial impression is a beautiful building, with a name that draws you in.. Walking inside, its even better! The space is used perfectly, and you feel like the room is alive while you're eating.. It's full of conversation, and spirits. And the food is world class, to say the least, all while being priced more than reasonably. Not to mention, the service didn't miss a beat.. more than happy to live near this GEM.

This restaurant serves the best carbonara pasta I’ve ever had! It was creamy, savory, and absolutely satisfying. I also loved the cozy, homey atmosphere. Even though it was a bit crowded when we arrived, the wait wasn’t too long, and the service was efficient. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere is okay and the presentation is pretty, but the food is VERY lacking. The pasta has zero flavor, the chicken tasted like cardboard and the sauce is pretty much the worst marinara I’ve ever had. The whole meal was bland and so overpriced for the quality. Very disappointed, this place is way over-hyped. Look elsewhere for good Italian food.

Our server the older lady she was very rude.
We weren't impressed with the service during our visit. Our server seemed disengaged and didn't check in with us to ensure we were satisfied with our meals. Two of our pasta dishes were underwhelming ,bland and overcooked to the point that they almost felt like soup. The lack of follow-up from the server was disappointing.

On a positive note, the bartender was fantastic, and honestly, he was the highlight of the experience. His service was the only thing that made us consider coming back.

Also, the seating was a bit uncomfortable. The chairs were so tight that mine frequently touched the person behind me, making the space feel cramped.

I’ve heard great things about this place and decided to try it out with my friend. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was blown away!! The toasted ravioli appetizer was presented beautifully and it was a big portion! The special was shrimp scampi and carbonara and it was also amazing. A bit on the expensive side, but it was worth it!

It was really nice on the inside. I got the Special. The chicken parmigiana was really good. Did not care for the lobster ravioli. The bread was so delicious. So was the Caesar salad

It was our first time there. We had a reservation for 5 pm and we waited almost 40 minutes for a table. Upon getting the table, the manager comes up, tells us we can't sit there, and tries to seat a walk-in couple in our place. Then, 5 min later, we are seated again at a table. Don't bother with reservation here. They won't honor the time and good chance they will kick you out the table anyway for someone else. Not worth the headache.
