The room was 62 degrees upon our arrival. It took 2 hrs to warm up. The bed seemed to have cracker/cookie crumbs in it - there upon our arrival. I have rags at home that were better-thicker than the towels provided. We were advised upon check-in that checkout was 11am the following day. We were then text messaged AND received (2) follow up phone calls advising us of the 11 check out. Pretty annoying. Breakfast was minimal. Nothing to brag about for sure. Location was the best part of this place.

My recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all of my needs were met. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and public transport. I particularly enjoyed the dining options, which offered a great variety of delicious food. Overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai."

Me and my mom stayed overnight on the 30th . The good The staff was friendly enough .breakfast is what you’d expect from a cheaper hotel waffles , yogurt , toast a little fruit and juice || The bad We actually stayed here for the pool. We rented 2 rooms and wish we would have went elsewhere. This pool is freezing never been in a hotel with none heated pool in winter . The other issue with pool many enjoy a swim or to exercise in mourning before checkout the pool / excercise room is not open until 3pm . ||The room would have been considered decently clean if it wasnt for brown spots on the toilet lid . Idk if was diarrhea , puke or what it was same spots were on the tub and floor as well but they were faded like they had at least attempted to clean it . ||The room looks fairly nice for price but some of it is definitely cheaply put together. The toilet is not installed correctly as it moves and the board holding the shower curtain has stripped screws could see it hanging out the wall slightly tilted . I pushed it in before my son got in so it wouldn’t fall and hit him . The microwave was also unplugged but we just used my moms across the hall instead

Positive: Pillows were comfy Negative: Pool was not open. Main reason we stayed here. Heater/ac unit was caked in dust. Stains on curtains. Only one bath towel and one hand towel in room Breakfast was a pretty poor selection.

Check in was fine but went downhill from there. Room appeared clean/quiet so we left for the event we were in town for. Got back about 12:30am and went to shower; found mouse poop on the bathroom floor in both corners behind the toilet. Was too tired to drive 1.5 hours back home so decided to just stay. Beds were as soft as bricks with weirdly small pillows. But then at 5am the hallway smoke detector outside our door started to malfunction and go off. Called the front desk--no actual fire--and she tried to disarm it several times. The alarm kept going on/off for another half hour. We just dressed and checked out at that point after only 5 hours in the room and zero sleep. The same attendant then refused to give us a refund saying we'd have to drive back down after 2pm to talk to the manager. We just left at that point. Called the 800# for corporate at 11am just to be told they can't issue a refund either, saying some nonsense about their hotels being franchise. Would have to wait over a week to maybe get my $96 back.

I haven't slept in over 24hrs as I type this. Disgusting/older building with obvious pest issues, cheap/hard mattresses with pillows that are oddly small, faulty fire alarms, and ridiculously bad customer service. These are all things that the franchise owner can fix but chooses not to.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Will never use Baymont/Wyndham again.

Had a great stay at Ramada by Wyndham Dubai Deira! The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The hotel's location was perfect, close to shops and public transport. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool area. Overall, excellent service and a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

I work in the area and stay here often. In general the location is convenient and makes up for the poor amenities. But today was a new low. Pool closed, breakfast had extremely limited choices, person at the front desk could barely speak English which doesnt bother me except after asking for the breakfast situation to be resolved a couple of times (most items were out or not available) I finally figured out what she was saying was the breakfast person did not show up and she didnt know where anything was so wasnt going to be taking care of it. Avoid this unless all you care about is cheap.

Not a $80 a night hotel. Terrible breakfast, rundown room, door wouldn’t latch properly, pool was out of order. Gave the manager several days to email me about the issues but no response. I’d drive further East for a better place that’s cheaper. It was easy to find.
